archana prasad 3 weeks agoI am giving a zero rating because of kassandra who was in customer service. I came for a return and she asked me for my id. I told my sister to bring it from the car as she was in the car waiting. Kasandra told me stand aside so she can get next customer meanwhile. When my sister came she said now go back to the line and she didn’t serve me. I-Was Disappointed as to why then she told me stand aside and she didn’t say go back to the line initially. And she hid her name quickly with her hair
joe mazi a month agoSurprisingly very clean store. Easy to find what you need with out any difficulty. Items well stocked. I didn’t think it would be this clean and comfortable to walk around.
Curry Olayemi Sarah 11 months agoI went to this particular Walmart in Las Vegas to get some change clothes and gloves for my husband. This is a one-stop shop for everything you could possibly need. The store is so spacious, well-organized, and fully stocked with groceries, clothing, electronics, and home essentials. The aisles were clean and easy. It was easy to find what I was looking for. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at checkout. With plenty of parking and convenient hours, it’s the perfect place to shop whether you’re a local or just visiting the city like me.
Javier Paz 3 months agoWorst service and worst place where to buy a battery. Stay away from this particular location. The manager, a man in long braids, has been instilling a culture of policy before customer care that it borders on insanity. My first of four trips to this store to get my battery checked resulted in a check that it was a bad battery - only one year old. BUT, told me the grumpy old man with a long pony tail, his manager wouldn’t let him service the battery if it didn’t have a holding brace. Off I go to buy a brace. None at all car part store, so I get the right one at the Ford dealer. Attempt two. It’s missing the nuts. I assure him that I would buy the nuts inside the store while they get started. No luck. I go and get nuts that fit the screw. That brace is not going anywhere. They take in the vehicle but after 10 minutes deliberating, I’m told that the nut is not deep enough on the screw for them to service the vehicle. Un.believable. The guy who took the vehicle was apologetic and again the manager’s name is mentioned for why I won’t be able to be helped. At MBA school we have cases like this where a $2 solution (the cost of a nut) when a front line is empowered solves a problem that’s worth tens of times the cost of lost business and poor publicity. Walmart used to solve problems for customers, but it’s clear that it now is just happy causing them.
Brent Gardner 4 months agoI wish I could give NO STARS. Serious Concerns About Integrity and Training at This Auto Care Center I visited this Walmart Auto Care Center on Saturday around 4:00 PM in Las Vegas to have tires serviced. What I experienced was not just poor service,it was a pattern of inconsistent explanations and clear misrepresentations. I parked, got out, and waited. After several minutes, with zero vehicles in any of the bays ,no one approached me. I had to initiate the interaction myself. Which speaks volumes. When I finally spoke to a technician, I was told they were “appointment only.” That directly contradicts Walmart’s website and in-store signage stating walk-ins are welcome. More concerning: this appeared to be a 10-bay shop sitting completely empty on a Saturday afternoon. Only after I pushed back was I asked what service I needed, meaning I was initially turned away before anyone even knew the scope of the work. Then the explanations began, and they changed repeatedly: • “We don’t work on Mercedes rims.” • “We don’t have the equipment to remove them.” • “We can’t work on the TPMS sensor.” • “We don’t have the special tool for Mercedes TPMS sensors.” None of these statements are accurate. No special tool is required. TPMS systems are standard. I brought everything needed, no parts were required. Then I was told they didn’t have the “special computer” to read a Mercedes sensor. When I pointed out the scanner is universal, the explanation changed again to, “I don’t really know how to use it.” So which is it? Either the equipment doesn’t exist (it does), or the technician isn’t trained to use standard shop equipment. Both are serious problems. Throughout this, the technicians repeatedly went to the back to consult a manager who never came out to address the situation directly. Each time they returned, the explanation changed. For accountability, I would gladly provide names, but neither technician was wearing a name tag or any visible Walmart identification. Customers should not have to guess who they’re dealing with in a service department. The shop itself appeared poorly maintained, with visible oil on the floor. The overall impression was not of a busy team at capacity, it felt like a disengaged crew avoiding work. I previously managed a Walmart Automotive Department for several years. I understand how the appointment system works and how it can be manipulated by dishonest employees creating placeholder appointments that conveniently “don’t show,” leaving bays empty while walk-ins are turned away. When a 10-bay shop sits empty on a Saturday afternoon while customers are told “appointment only,” it raises legitimate operational concerns. At my store, helping a last-minute or stranded customer was something we took pride in. It reflected leadership, training, and culture. I advanced fairly high within the company before leaving and remain in regular contact with former colleagues. I will be sharing this experience through those channels so it can be reviewed appropriately. I know one person in particular, she would love to know about this. If you need tire service in this area, I recommend Lantera El Rancho around the corner. They were professional and willing to help. This location does not reflect the standards Walmart promotes. Leadership should take a serious look at training, supervision, scheduling integrity, cleanliness, and accountability at this location. Who manages this store?
