Be aware!!! I purchased a pair of Bose QC earbuds for $300. When I opened the box it had fake earbuds in the brand new sealed box. FRAUD! But instead of refunding me my money or trading in the manager at this store basically accused me of the fraud. This will be going to higher ups and a battle will begin to her my money refunded. Be aware Walmart and this store specifically doesn't stand by their customers. Do not buy anything from here!!

I would really appreciate it if you guys fixed your carts and kept them cleaner and overall better. This store is decent. I do not like that I can scan an item with my app and end up paying 20 or more for said item. I feel that's pretty shady and I do not like being ripped off.

I took in a customer's car this morning for a full synthetic oil change. There was one car in the oil change bay and two waiting for service. The Walmart employee came out with a clipboard and without even saying hello or good morning his first question was do you have an appointment. I replied no and he then proceeded to tell me I needed to go elsewhere. He explained that half his staff quit and the other half didn't show up and nobody wants to work and he read me a Litany of problems in Walmart's Auto Center. He then proceeded to walk away. When I asked him his name he didn't look back and he kept walking I asked him his name again and he ended up scurrying into the store. I followed him in and found him basically hiding and he eventually told me his name was Brian. I've always recommended Walmart on Serene to all my customers and neighbors for oil changes and today that ends. How you can let an employee like Brian have any interaction with a customer is beyond me. My family and I will never set foot in your store again.

Losing a customer!! Grocery delivery my ass. I am a Walmart plus customer. Have been for a while. I thought it was a great deal because I have trouble shopping in the store due to back issues when standing or walking to long. Worked out great until I found some yogurt items I liked and ordered from the store one day. I received my order April 22, 2026 no problem. Next time I go to order Noosa and Chaboni creations, a few days later, I put them in my cart go to check out and walmart says they are all out of stock. I change to a store that says they are in stock. Go to check out again says they are out of stock. I do this with every store within 6 miles that delivers to me. Same thing happens. But get this if I say pick up at 3 pm today, mind you it's 11 am now, it let's me check out. So answer me this..if its in stock for pickup today why can I not have it delivered tomorrow? I pay for Walmart plus and that should include all grocery items including yogurt that you have in stock. But that's not the case and makes the almost $100 membership useless to me because non grocery items I get from Amazon who btw does not carry the yogurt I am looking for on their fresh items. So now I have to go to the store anyway which defeats the purpose of the Walmart plus membership. Walmart why can't I get Noosa or Chaboni Creations delivered but can get any other yogurt delivered? You are probably losing a plus customer because I will go back to pick up for free since I have to go out anyway to pick up the in stock yogurt I want. I have attached 2 photos one for delivery and one for pick up. As you can see from the first photo the yogurts are out of shock for delivery tomorrow and taken out of my cart. The other photo is for pickup between 4-5 pm today with yogurts in my cart allowing me to check out. Current time is 12:40 pm.
