Wonderfully staffed and stocked! This store is clean and has plenty of checkouts open! I’m considering passing up the 2 locations closer to me to shop here. I just happened to be in the neighborhood, but truly found a gem!

Angelo is by far the rudest & most unprofessional Walmart employee I have ever dealt with! I am a retired Navy Chief with a small service dog. I was having four new tires installed at the Walmart on Boulder Highway. I had a 9AM appt & had already prepaid for the tires four days prior because they were not in stock. I had waited over two hours & fifteen minutes because I arrived early. I then poked my head near the car asking if it would be much longer? Angelo replied in a raised voice "Well maybe if people would stop asking me questions!" I then reminded him of my appt & that I was just wondering. He replied "I didn't say I was talking about you did I?" in a very confrontational voice. Then he walked inside to where I was waiting not informing me when he was finally done. Instead he hung up my key fob on a wall hook & slammed the cover shut walking away with attitude that I simply did not appreciate or deserve. I am an over tipper & always leave a nice tip for a job like what he had to do. The only tip I have for Angelo is that if he's so unhappy, he should not be dealing with customers at any time. Walmart is one of the two greatest companies I have ever known, with Amazon being the other. Walmart has too many folks needing a job with such an awesome company to have someone like Angelo being so rude to customers which also tarnishes their reputation. Upon paying the balance for my installation, I then inspected the tires before driving off. Two tires were missing the special metal valve caps that I had bought for them. I had to go back & ask someone to find them. Then as I was driving off, I noticed Angelo had put my tire locking hub in my cup holder instead of putting it back with the spare items in the trunk where he found it. I would say that Angelo is in dire need of a Customer Service course. However, I am quite certain that he couldn't pass one! Any future tire issues that are needed will most definitely be done by another Walmart Tire Center & not the convenient one near my home on Boulder Highway!!

Made a 2:30 pm appointment here for no reason. I got here, got out my car, approached a worker and was never acknowledged by anyone that was working. I then went to stand in line in the auto office to check in. After standing in line I was told I need to check-in in the bay where I was just at for 10 mins in the sun. I go back outside wait another 5 mins. Still nothing. So I left. Waste of my time.

This Walmart is getting worse when it comes to deliver and they don’t give you a refund until 10 days later. I have Walmart plus and I keep ordering from here not to get my groceries/items when I call for refund they act like you are bothering them. 3-5 times never received my orders and always getting other people’s orders. Whenever call to tell them they say keep it. They are quick to take your money but you don’t have to wait weeks not days for a refund.
