With over 78,000,000+ views on my Google reviews as a Level 9 expert Google Reviewer, I always aim to give clear and honest feedback. As always, Walmart Supercenter gets the job done. Plenty of products to choose from, reasonably priced items, and a good variety throughout the store. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful which always makes shopping easier when traveling. The store was busy but still organized enough to find what we needed without too much trouble. Great stop for grabbing essentials and everyday items while on the go.

You know what this service center back here at Walmart, It's comforting to know that there's still someone that when they go to work they work labor job and run circles around their co-workers, rock on GEN-X Kathy we been watching running circles around her co-workers, head first into dirty jobs, and not one complaint, she enjoys it, this says a lot about the younger ones that doesn't know what labor work is, 🤜🏻🤛🏻🤟🏻🤙🏻✌🏻 Rock on Kathy awesome 💯😎 GEN-X is old school, is the last generation of Labor on hands workers,

I don't think I've EVER had such a garbage interaction with a miserable employee such as this lady with the wearing the tie-dye bandana (that so happened to perfectly cover up her name tag). The 'happy to help' vest lady, at the very least, was trying to work /WITH/ us instead of berating my partner and I; miserable lady, if you have an issue with people using the scan n go app feature /THAT/ close to closing, bring that up to YOUR corporate to be able to disable it. Maybe also bring up how unequipped your staff and store are (because the poor, nicer 'happy to help' lady, didn't even have a functioning QR/barcode scanner and had to MANUALLY input EVERY item's UPC #). Also, don't you DARE place the blame on the nice woman on the main check-out lane we were with first. She wasn't aware of the best course of action, so she tried to get us to work with someone who could better help out (the 'happy to help'). My partner asked her verbatim, "Are you sure it is ok to go over to self check out to finish the purchase?" and she said (albeit with a bit of uncertainty due to her unfamiliarity with the app itself) that it was fine. Instead of trying to make it easier on yourselves AND us, this particular miserable employee decided to erratically escalate the whole ordeal unnecessarily. Next time, maybe check your attitude at the door and do what you can to get a better handle of the situation, so everything is resolved properly and professionally and everyone can just go home. Do better Vegas.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I recently had two separate issues with Walmart. First, a gaming chair I ordered was delivered to the wrong location. When I contacted customer service, I was told the issue would be resolved within a few hours, which was acceptable. The bigger problem involved a Dyson air purifier that I had been waiting for over two weeks. Since the item never arrived, I contacted customer service to ask for an update. Instead of helping me locate the order or discussing possible solutions, the representative canceled and refunded my order without my permission. This was especially frustrating because I specifically explained that I needed the air purifier for health reasons, as it helps with my asthma. Rather than receiving assistance, I was forced to place a new order and deal with a higher price. To make matters worse, I spent nearly two hours on the phone speaking with multiple representatives and a supervisor. I repeatedly answered the same questions, yet nobody was able to provide a clear solution. I was given a promotional code that did not work, which required another call to customer service. The entire process felt disorganized, inefficient, and extremely frustrating. While I appreciate the refund and the small gift card offered afterward, that does not make up for the wasted time, poor communication, unauthorized cancellation of my order, and overall lack of effective customer support. I have been a Walmart customer for a long time, but this experience left me very disappointed. I hope Walmart improves its customer service processes so that other customers do not have to go through the same situation.

Helpful employees, clean store, large variety of the usuals. My sports bra was less here than Target. And,... More yarn!
