This Walmart feels like a quiet landing point in the middle of the Las Vegas rhythm 🌵🛒. Out on the road everything moves fast — heat, light, endless lanes — but stepping inside here feels like shifting into a slower, more controlled pace. The space is wide, bright, and easy to navigate. Long aisles stretch out like calm lines, and everything you might need — food, clothes, electronics — is right there, simple and accessible 💡📦. I stopped here during the drive, thinking it would be just a quick in-and-out. But something about the atmosphere made me slow down, walk a little longer, and just reset before getting back on the road 🚗🥤. It’s one of those places that doesn’t try to impress you — but ends up being exactly what you need at the right moment. A solid, reliable stop for travelers and truck drivers moving through Las Vegas.

On Sunday, November 16, 2025, I purchased an air fryer from Walmart, located at 2310 E. Serene Avenue, Las Vegas, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. After paying at the self-checkout, and spending over $600.00 in products from Walmart, I noticed that the security sensor was still attached and flashing red. I can't remove it myself, and using a wire cutter could trigger an alarm, waking up my neighbors. I've tried contacting Walmart's customer service multiple times, but I’ve only encountered automated messages with no way to speak to a real person. It’s frustrating to feel ignored, especially when I’ve spoken to employees in-store who either didn’t know where items were or couldn’t assist effectively because they were unfamiliar where products were located and one woman who claimed she did not speak English. Why are we hiring people who don't speak the language of the customers who SHOP and spend money at your store? Amazing... Customer service seems to have disappeared, and I feel stuck with a product I can’t use. It’s a shame, as I expected much better from Walmart. I hope they review their procedures and improve their support for customers in situations like mine. I will now have to drive back to the store to have this security sensor removed properly. just me sitting on the floor, going 20 minutes + waiting for beads. Yes, request for help button was pressed… and as I was pressing this another employee walked by and said without any prompting from me, “yeah i don’t have a key for that” while continuing to walk and waving her hands. Completely understand yall need to lock things up, but I shouldn’t need to run around hunting down an employee who will end up giving me an attitude anyways as if I’ve only been waiting 2 seconds… Give me my beads please

This location has gotten a lot better. The staff members years back were not helpful and super rude. People are more pleasant,but I noticed a lot more items are locked up due to theft.

We often visit this Walmart when we need more than just groceries. It's quite a large store with a wide selection of brands that aren't always available in smaller Walmarts. I think it's a great decision that they've eliminated most of the self-checkout lanes and added more cashiers. Interacting with a person is always preferable to dealing with a machine, especially when you often end up needing human assistance anyway.
