Good products, clean store, very concenient, quick check out. But the way the staff treated me killed it. Very rude lady in the self checkout line. Was very disrespectful. Management should look into assigning her to stocking groceries instead of working the checkout line because she was not personable in the least.

First time going in where I wasn’t treated like a criminal or followed automatically based on my appearance. I got to shop like a normal person not feeling like I have to rush out of there, didn’t have my anxiety off the charts and wasn’t bombarded by security to look at my receipt to make sure my items were indeed paid for. Every time I go to any Walmart it’s highly unprofessional, rude , demeaning treatment and constant racial profiling

I come in for groceries. Walked by the cheese and saw one with mold on it dated for March 2025. When the manager Ruby came out, she told the associate to tell me to just grab another one, when I chimed in and complained about this being the second time this happens she changed her demeanor and stated she would "take it to her higher ups" other customers heard and also stated that they've had these problems here as well. I will continue to come in and check their products just to see if they've fixed the problem. I will drive further and pay more for my groceries just for the peace of mind of having food without mold on it.

Tried to return an item here per their policy on the website can be returned up to a certain amount without a receipt (it was a baby shower gift). The “manager” tried to tell me per his store policy he can’t do that without a receipt. Since when does each store make there own policy. 1/3/26 3:20pm. He claimed only manager on duty no name tag either.

My mom and I went shopping together and we were right next to eachother in the self checkout because of course there were no employees staffing the regular registers which is where we prefer to checkout, as we dont get paid to do their job. There was plenty of employees there, they just weren't at their registers. I stepped away from my checkout to show my mom how to use the handheld scanner who was literally two feet away from me and when I turned back to my checkout the worthless employee had moved my cart and called someone else to my spot. I normally don't use self checkout because I support people having jobs, but if these are the kind of employees they are hiring, then get rid of them. They are worthless anyway.
