Went a few days ago to the walmart pharmacy and let me tell you. This two amazing ladies helped me so much in getting my medicine. They were so helpful and so respectful and nice. Definitely worth a 5 star review with these two absolute amazing ladies. Sadly, I don't remember their names, both amazing ladies who wore glasses. Thank you both for all the help you gave me the other day!

I went into wal Mart to find weed killer found one they had on sale. I was like omg it’s a deal, looked on my wal mart scanned it said it was 24.88. I took a picture of both products they had on sale. For 2.00 dollars and other product for 7.50. When I took them up the lady was all let me get a manger I can’t over ride this ok perfect. When that manger came up she’s all no no we can’t do that. Why you mult products marked at 2.00 and I need the product for my mom’s house and you have it coded wrong it’s not my fault. She says no it’s not correct the label is fake. How when we took the picture of the product on your shelf and you went to look at it, she called a higher up manger and he said well someone printed the wrong label and we can’t give them to you. You can only have one. I didn’t become a Karen I could have but I didnt. That’s so wrong to do to my 80 year old lady.

It was very busy when we went here. We went to this one specifically because it is usually better stocked and typically not too busy. But it was packed and people were very rude to us. No eye contact from anyone even the staff but mostly what bothered me was the customers. No one was nice, everyone was acting entitled and rude, so we got out of there as quick as possible. Almost ruined our day. But we made it. Don't go out of your way to go here and if you can help it go at night. This one also stays open till 11pm!!!

Scott Rogers at the Los Lunas Walmart truly embodies exceptional service for his unparalleled commitment, redefining what it means to be helpful. I just wanted to say - Scott, "thank you" for saving my morning! You put aside what you were working on and helping me locate two different items on opposite sides of the store in minutes, allowing me to make it to work on time. Even beyond your actions, you have a genuine politeness. Management at Walmart should place you in a role that utilizes your exceptional character.

Literally just watched an employee egg on a fight with a customer and then cry to his manager. Walmart is Walmart. This one is the worst I’ve ever experienced, and that’s coming after having been a frequent shopper at the one on San Mateo and Zuni. Too bad due to my location this is the only place to shop in Los Lunas. The automotive department also somehow figured out how to mess up putting a DRAIN BOLT back on my wife’s car during an oil change. Took 3 trips to get them to admit they messed up and fix it. (They put a seal on the bolt to ensure no tampering, so I couldn’t fix it without incurring liability for their mistake.)
