I would give this Walmart a 0 if I could. We purchased a Christmas tree at another Walmart about a hour prior. Due to us shopping for trees at different we saw the one we had in person and didn’t like it. Tried to return it at this store and was told “we don’t except seasonal items back.” From Esperanza whose title was Coach. Chatted with someone at Walmart who said long as the item was purchased/returned between October 1-January 31; which my purchase was in the timeframe. I also spoke with a representative in the phone who said this was strange and was not tolerated, who encouraged me to speak with the manager as I advised him I did. I also asked her to show me the policy where it says the items cannot be returned, which she refused to do so. He got me over to customer relations to get the issue resolved and report the incident. After this, I will never step foot in another Walmart. I will take my money somewhere where people don’t make up or lie about store policy, respect and value their customers. If she’s training/coaching/managing anyone I can see why the store is the way it is. Also to add, the signage did not state, all sales are final and no returns/exchanges.

Waited forever for a cashier at automotive and sporting goods. No one came despite pushing the call button multiple times in about 10 minutes. I tried calling the store but no one answered. Finally walked all the way to electronics to pay. Other people were still waiting for a cashier in automotive when we left.

I've been going to this walmart for years since I was a child i purchased some items, so which led up to be almost over a $100. There was some clothes items in the children's section. Mark clearance for a dollar.I grabbed about five of the t.Shirts after scanning them and paying for everything also taking money out for cashback. This gentleman approached me didn't it give me a reason why he was stopping me? But I needed to make sure that I gave him the bag of clothes and to follow him to his office while walking to the office he says, ma'am, you didn't scan all of those items that were for a dollar. Are you sure they were all for a dollar? And I said, yeah, the tags on them, say a dollar. So what's the issue?He said, ma'am, you didn't scan the one that says $4 dollars.And I was like each one, it says a dollar $1 he pulled out a shirt on the tag he said $1 then other tag on the other side said $4 that's when I said, okay, my mistake. But it does have 2 tags on it. I'll go pit, he says, no, ma'am.It's too late you are shoplifting excuse me what .....no no no you're telling me that I'm gonna shoplift. A T-shirt that I thought was a $, but the fact that it is $4. You want to charge me for shoplifting? And I have all the money to pay for it. I just pay for all my items. You're telling me the 48 pound bag of cat litter. That's $13 i'd rather go still a t shirt these walmarts have criminals that don't have live. They live off a shoplifting, and they let these individuals go, not tackling them down like how they did with me. Over a mistake, I think he was racial profiling me and I told him that to his face, he just laughed about it. Even his colleagues, the security guards that were there. The lady that was witness she was even seeing. It was a waste of time and she felt really bad. I never felt so embarrassed so violated and being accused of being a shoplifter. I want this individual to be punish He's a racist, it's a white guy with long hair and has a cast on his left hand this manager at this walmart needs to overlook him because I would never return to the walmart ever again.No wonder why there's so much i'm crime there and how dare you accuse me a hard working women a citizen of albuquerque that pays for every single item.When I go into these stores i called corporate and file the complaint

If this Walmart shut down I wouldn't be sad! The deli needs non existent ...the workers see you and act like they don't , you never get help.. worthless, they have Cashier that's throws your groceries in the bags ..I've reported her ..they don't care ...they have a Manager no older than 18 ....they don't care...oh the lady checking every single item on the receipt from everyone walking out...when she could be filling the sanitizer wipes .... Worthless... Pharmacy great👍 that's about it.... Shut it down 👎

Took these photos just walking into the store. Parking lot is a mess with shopping carts piled up throughout the parking area.
