We are full timing in our rv and had the chance to be in Bernalillo for a short time. I needed a refill on my prescription (which had expired) and my glasses repaired (I broke the side piece off). The pharmacy was very helpful and prompt in getting my Rx taken care of while we were still in the area and Isabelle in the vision center was very helpful in repairing my glasses. This store is so clean and well stocked and everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. When you're on the road and have limited time and don't know any services to use it's comforting to know you can be taken care of this well. Thanks to the staff for a great experience.

Purchased cat food, Opened the box and it was filled with maggots from an open container. Took a picture and discarded all of it to avoid farther infestation of my home. And they want me to bring it back into their store in order to get a refund...gross. I have the receipt and proof like give me a break you sold us this FDA violation the least you could do is make it right, as they also will discard it. Hopefully corporate resolves it.

Tammy is a great cashier. Warm and friendly. You will be very lucky if she is able to check you out with your groceries.

Waiting for i don’t even know how long for some help in the sporting goods area so I can buy my fishing license since the site wasn’t working on my phone. We had two associates try to page someone or get a code and they never showed back up. Multiple customers were waiting for help in that department. Nobody showed up still. We just left.
