A year ago I moved to the area and made the switch from target to Walmart. My first trip there a manager told me my dog was allowed to be in the cart, but must have a blanket down first, I agreed and had no issues during my weekly trips. Recently, I have been attacked by the greeter telling me my dog cannot be in the cart because of cleanliness? You mean the nasty cart that was filled with trash and left outside overnight? Or the other cart that was rusty with the wacky wheel? When I walk through the isles everyone smiles at my dog, some come over and say hi. It's a positive experience for everyone, including employees, well except for someone decision maker in Bentonville. Im done with Walmart and I'm not even upset about it. Here is a picture of that nasty dog causing all the problems at Walmart.

On more then one action I have had issues with other customers in this store and with product on shelves already being expired, or having orders that are shipped to my location being expired, for them to be so desrestful towards customers whom have been regular customers for many years is discussing and very much not Okay, what happened to good customer service and customers always being right, shame on those employees and for those customers for what they had done, yes on any occasion that I have had an issue I've talked to someone, There are just a small handful maybe 2 handfuls at most of employees there whom have me returning to this store, one is the 2 wonderful door greaters they have there, one is a janitorial worker, one is a worker that I see doing alot of different things in that store, there are 2 more that idk what there title is but they are great help for us, and to one person that saw I needed a hug yesterday and out of the kindness of her heart she gave me one! To those few ppl Thank you for going above and beyond for your customers, your greatly appreciated! To the all the others shame on not fixing issues your fellow regular customers have im very unhappy with the bad experience I have had while there and not having them fixed. 😭😡🤬😤 In all honesty if it weren't for the few employees whom go above and beyond id have taken my business else where! 🤯😱

Not too sure about management but the "working" staff, cashier's, stockers, shopper's Are always accommodating, friendly & helpful when needed. Management appears to have difficulty inventory updated with both prices & out dated products. The convenience is why I return, watch your receipts for pricing errors & check product dates yourself.

Walmart needs to do better with the registers one side only had 4 self check outs. Hire cashiers please. Lines are too long waited 45 minutes to check out.

Arriving and parking is a pain in the butt simply because of the layout of the roads. Other than that, the produce was fresh and the shelves well-stocked. Perhaps the best feature is the vast amount of machines in central checkout. Even on a busy day, I didn’t have to wait.
