I had such a great experience thanks to Julianna at Walmart! She was extremely friendly, patient, and professional during my checkout. She greeted me with a smile, handled everything quickly and accurately, and made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. Even while busy, she stayed positive and kind. It’s employees like Julianna who make shopping at Walmart a pleasant experience. She truly deserves a raise - 5 stars

(Thurs. 04Sep2025 @4:30PM). Made a quick trip to the Supercenter Walmart @ Cottonwood (NW ABQ NM) to buy a couple of items. Parking was easy, customer 'load' was manageable, Security was visible, Checkout was swift! Special "Thanks" to Walmart Team Member, "Mondo", for helping me access a SECURED/LOCKED adult beverage I needed to purchase 😁. Five-Out-Of-Five Stars Shopping Experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Was doing self check out and the girl employee standing at self check out with green hair or w/e it was, she looked young, has glasses & she’s skinny- she was so rude for no apparent reason. Even accused me of not scanning items in my cart just to check my receipt one by one and realize I did scan the items. The audacity for her to accuse me then say “mam I watched you, you didn’t scan it.” then proceeds to check my receipt be proven wrong then just says “ok” not a sorry or nothing. Just looking goofy! It’s Walmart, calm down lady you’re not a cop. Ridiculous behavior for no reason. Will never shop here again ew. Treated me like I was a thief the whole time during my self checkout, apparently this store is known for doing that. Disgusting customer service, what is the world coming to where treating people like this is acceptable? People like her shouldn’t work around customers if they are going to act like this.

Anyone need a PlayStation vertical stand covered in what looks like blood? This location is disgusting. There is no excuse for this to be on the floor, locked behind glass.

In 2003 I worked at jiffy lube and oil changes were $19.99 at full price. Today jiffy lube starts at $60?! Firestone quoted me $160 for an oil change. Because European diesel. Walmart still has oil changes options below $30. And you can choose your oil off the shelf. They will be in the game longest, the others are insane. They also have better quality of service than their competitors. They had same day reservation availability on a Sunday, and had me in at my scheduled time. They did a thorough job, and my car had all the parts back in place when they returned it to me. Last time I went to Firestone, I had to circle back hours later when I was verifying the oil level and found my top engine cover was missing. This also happened to me at one of those places where you sit in the car while they change the oil. Not at Walmart. Thanks for doing great work at a fair price, Walmart auto center people! I’ll be back. Unless I do it myself next round…. That’s still cheaper.
