Went in for Garden of Life vanilla protein powder Monday, January 12th at about 4:30. They were out of stock, but I shopped around for other things and found some Chocolate Bismarck donuts or whatever the ones are with vanilla filling, and they were none fresh. They had some going out of date today and others that had already been out of date by at least one day, both out on the floor and in the display counter I found several out of date and some going out today that were not marked down. So I found one person behind the counter and asked if they could mark it down for me, but they did not know how to mark things down, but tried. They could not get the hand held price machine to work. They left to go find one that did work, and 10 minutes later still had no success. It was a sad mess in the bakery. While I was waiting I looked through the bakery items that should have been pulled, checking the dates and found multiple out of date & going out today that were not marked down. Whoever is in charge of the bakery is in need of a spanking.

I just went to this Walmart to return a product I mistakenly bought because it was in the wrong place. The day I bought it they were having a corporate walk through…so I’m sure they were instructed to fill holes. Well I double checked the tags before I carried my item to return. I went to customer service desk and a cashier asks me what can I help you with. I said I need to return she said customer service closes at 6 on Sundays and that I’ll have to come back tomorrow. When did that start?!? Seems very illogical not very convenient .

If you're okay with the shopping experience at Walmart compared to Harris Teeter, then you'll be okay with saving a bunch of money. In most instances, the stuff you buy at Walmart is exactly the same as at higher-end supermarkets. So why spend more? Bring patience. They don't run too many registers and prefer you to use the self checkout. And yes, my self-checkout experience sucked because the machine didn't recognize two items and still didn't like the weight of my shopping. Annoying to have to wait for an associate to come over and fix it.

This Walmart is the worse at customer service. I have been disappointed every visit. I will give you two examples ; I brought back a return rotten fruit that was delivered, only to tell me there was no one to work at the customer service desk, and to return it another day. And worse then having to return another day was they were not kind in their attitude. They acted angry towards me because they are short staffed. Another visit was waiting and waiting for an associate to come and open the locked cabinet to purchase soap! When I went back up to the front to ask if they were going to help me they were so unkind. Absolutely the worse customer service. Your management really needs to do something about the customer service in that store. I do not usually waste my time on negative experiences, I love writing good reviews, but this store has disappointed me many times. I avoid going there. So now it’s about principal. Being kind is not hard and at the very least they could be kind.

I waited about 30 minutes for my pickup order. I called the pickup line twice with no answer, then called the main line and finally reached someone who said help was on the way. After another 10 minutes of waiting with no one coming out, I left. Later, I received an email saying my order had been picked up—which it wasn’t, at least not by me—and I was still charged. I’m now in the process of getting a refund. The customer service at this location is terrible. If you can’t properly support online pickup orders, you shouldn’t offer the service here. This was an awful customer experience.
