Sales associates were courteous and non pushy. Took in consideration all aspects we were looking for in a vehicle. Meet each criteria we requested n was able to take the vehicle out for a test drive. They were understanding of our budget and didn't try to haggle us into anything we didn't expect. Tanner was especially helpful and infact we were his first car sale as he just joined the Kia dealership in the last 2 weeks n made the sale go smoothly and was trained very well!

This store is horrible. Staff are just hanging out while you check yourself out. They just stand there staring at you like you work there. There are never any lines open. Everyone is always on break. The customer service is yucky. No one speaks or acts like they want their job. The only customer service oriented person is the young man who is the security guard at the door. He is consistent and kind. I really hate this store and I’m not going back there again. The energy is always dark.

As spark driver. I had a very disappointing experience with the Spark department, especially with the assistant manager, Lutte. During my first incident, a Black female employee approached my car without displaying her name tag. She threw part of a customer’s order into my car and stated that loading orders into vehicles was “not part of her job,” then walked away without finishing the delivery properly. I had to go inside the store and speak with Melanie from customer service to report the issue. Melanie contacted Lutte, who identified himself as the assistant manager for the Spark department. However, he refused to provide the employee’s name and only stated that he would “address the issue” and ensure it would not happen again. Unfortunately, one week later, the same type of behavior happened again with another Black female employee who also removed her name tag before approaching my vehicle. After I provided the driver code, she mixed different customer orders together, threw the items carelessly into my car, and attached incorrect customer name stickers to the orders. This created a serious problem for deliveries and customer service. Once again, I had to go inside and ask Melanie for assistance. I requested to speak directly with Lutte to file another complaint. Melanie informed him that a driver wanted to speak with you, and he responded that he would come in 10 minutes. Instead, he repeatedly walked past me for nearly an hour while completely ignoring the situation. At that point, I had no choice but to contact Spark Driver customer service by phone to report the incident and cancel the affected orders. Melanie, despite not working in that department, was the only employee willing to help and personally handled returning the canceled orders to the store. Lutte refused to properly follow the cancellation procedures, so I made sure Melanie witnessed me returning every order to protect myself from any future issues. This store seriously needs better management, accountability, and employee training in the Spark department. Drivers deserve basic respect and professionalism while doing their jobs.

Today’s visit was extremely disappointing. The store did not have a single working bathroom, which is unsanitary, unsafe, and completely unacceptable for any business in the retail food industry. There was zero communication, no signage, and no ownership from store leadership. Basic facilities should never be an afterthought. This locations leadership needs to do better. Makes me wonder, what did the employees of this store end up doing?

This is a great location. Every time I come they have exactly what I need. The aisles and shelves are always kept clean and tidy, and the layout of the store is easy to follow and find what you need. Staff are polite and I have had multiple good conversations while checking out my groceries.
