I was picking up a spark order and the person who brought the order out had to go back a couple of times and then all of a sudden she just disappeared. After 10-15 minutes I went and tapped on the door and the girl got an attitude and shut the door on me so I asked for a supervisor and she said there isn’t nobody what do I want. I said someone besides her. Well ain’t nobody here. So another employees comes out and says I better watch it I said what he said again watch it. So now he asked what I need I said a supervisor. Well a supervisor came out moments later she said she wasn’t in their but heard them say I startled them by knocking on the door and I advised her how the employees were towards me when I was just asking if my order was ready to be put in my car as I wasn’t told they were ready and normally they assist with putting them in my car and also I had a question on the bags and how they were marked for my customers. The supervisor said we you flashed a gun. I was like I did not I said I do have on but it’s on my hip they may have seen it there but I never once pulled it out. Either way it’s an open carry so nothing wrong there. She was saying she would talk to her employees it I am almost sure she will not as they way she talked to me she didn’t seem to care. I will say she assisted with putting the three orders I had in my car. Employees of a company should not treat customers like crap cuss them or give any attitude. Also it would help if the phone number on the sign in the pickup area was actually used and someone would answer or we wouldn’t have to knock on a door. Simple question turned bad due to attitude of your employees. Walmart use to be an awsome place but like any store now days you can’t find good help and especially ones with care and customer service skills.

None of the staff want to be there based on their lack of initiative and overalls demeanor. Im sure there are some good ones, but very few and far between. Don't bother requesting assistance for an item behind a locked shelf due to theft prevention... but even when you call the button for an employee - no one cares or usually arrives. Better off going to ANY another store other than the Walmart at Whitehall.

The Arboretum Walmart store has much improved since its renovation. Checkout has been streamlined according to the times of my visits, the fresh food/bread sections have lots of tasty options and the plant section has greatly improved. I find the prices are even better than the Indian Land store location. Will be back again soon.

I usually hate Walmart, but this is one of the nicer ones. The remodeling they did looks really nice, but it smells like a full cat litterbox left alone for months, as you walk in where the produce is. Not fun! The bathroom is one of the nicest ones I've been to. It actually had a purse/handbag/baby bag hook.

The attention of the employees in charge of order delivery on the side tend to respond aggressively, constantly canceling orders. They are asked for information about orders or missing products and they do not respond if there is no supervisor or someone who is aware of that area. Attention to users will be unpleasant and customers will not have the option to go more than to another store. Please keep in mind that users should not receive abuse or bad customer service from their employees and constant cancellations
