Walmart is convenient and has a huge variety of items, from groceries to home essentials, all at good prices. I was able to find everything I needed, and the staff were helpful when I had questions. The main downsides are that the store isn’t always very clean and they still don’t have tap-to-pay, which makes checkout a little annoying when you’re trying to move fast. Other than that, everything was good and I’ll keep coming back because the selection and prices make it worth it.

Their hours are wrong. They’re supposed to be opening up at 6 AM but they open up at 7 AM. All of their opening associates that work in the morning are parking up front leaving the customers to have to park further away from the store, which is ridiculous.

Kiasia, the cashier, is the only reason we come to this store. She’s an amazing girl and always lifts our spirits. You absolutely need to give her a raise. On the negative side, we wanted to buy a bicycle, but the managers from the neighboring departments refused to help us. In the end, we waited for more than an hour, even though we pressed the assistance button and contacted customer service.

If you are shopping for food then I recommend this wal mart but if you need something out of one of the cases then avoid it at all cost. I needed some socks and a pack of tee shirts. I pressed the "quick help" button about 57 times and also had my daughter walk around to try to find an emote 2 said theu didn't have a key and 1 said he'd find us help but never did. After 45 minutes of waiting we finally got hel0. The employee got the pack of shorts for me then took off to help someone else before I was able to tell her I needed socks also so I had to wait another 10 minutes to get some socks. If i wasn't here for work and didnt need these items for work and I had more time I would have went somewhere else. I understand the glass cases are to help prevent theft. But if they are going to have them then theu need to hire more employees. Thank God there are other walmarts in the area. Will NEVER shop at this walmart again.

I want to take a moment to recognize an exceptional Walmart bakery associate named Princess at Walmart Supercenter Store #2134 (7735 N Tryon St, Charlotte, NC). She created a Valentine’s Day cake for me, and I am genuinely beyond impressed, not just with the final product, but with her professionalism, care, and talent. The cake was beautifully designed, vibrant, and perfectly decorated with attention to detail that truly made it feel special. It looked just as amazing as something you’d expect from a specialty bakery, and it made my Valentine’s celebration memorable. You can tell she takes pride in her craft, the presentation, precision, and creativity were outstanding. What stood out even more was her customer service. Princess was kind, attentive, and clearly committed to making sure I walked away happy. Associates like her represent the very best of Walmart’s values, going above expectations, creating meaningful customer experiences, and delivering quality work with heart. I strongly believe Princess deserves recognition from store leadership and Walmart as a whole. Talent, dedication, and customer care like this should not go unnoticed. Please pass along my sincere appreciation and consider acknowledging her for the excellent work she’s doing, she made a real impact on my experience. Thank you, Princess!
