Never have I been so disrespected while purchasing groceries. Upon shopping, I wanted to purchase a piece of glassware that was missing and then necessary straw. The associate in the aisle told me to ask for a discount since it was the last one at checkout. When I got to the cashier and asked for a discount for the missing straw, I was told they can only discount the cup if it was damaged. That he was not allowed to discount it. I said that’s quite ridiculous because you cannot use this item without the straw. I asked if he could get a manager or supervisor to look at it And he said he was not allowed to speak to his managers. Upon overhearing the conversation, the lead from customer service came over and offered it to me for two dollars less I said that’s fine. I’ll take it for the two dollars less. She then proceeds to go on how it’s not supposed to be marked down. It’s not damaged. It’s part of the houseware department and they’re gonna question why it’s marked down etc. etc. I said not to be rude. I don’t honestly care the reasons behind it. I just wanna purchase and leave. She then said due to my sarcasm it’s now a claim item and I can’t purchase it. She snatched it, removed it off my bill and walked away without providing her name In a very disrespectful way. I asked for a manager again the cashier named Jairo would not call a manager, said he was not allowed to speak to them. Finally, somebody professional came over by the name of Andre and Jairo would not provide the name of the lead who came over and was disrespectful to me. He said he couldn’t remember who it was even though it was 30 seconds later. Long story short, Walmart is employees anybody there’s no customer service standard and they’re allowed to be disrespectful and rude to the customer. While Andre was professional, he provided no solution. He quite literally just said he’ll talk to her later and he apologized for the situation. I understand it’s not his fault and he was de-escalating the situation as it should’ve been.

Been shopping this location for a long time. Please teach that Indian man, the door greeter some manners and etiquette. No need to be rude when addressing someone. Also aliterate to him no need to be hostile over a receipt for items that are in bags, nothing was exposed.

MOST OF EVERYTHING in this store is dynamic pricing how gross🤮 on the flip side, the clothes DON’T HAVE PRICES AT ALL. The pro for me is at least the workers will stay gainfully employed because after I get home & see my receipt for the miscellaneous priced items I’m just bringing hella stuff back TOMORROW😂 I recommend leaving half your cart at the register for being too expensive since they won’t even tell you how much it cost until you checkout🤷🏾‍♀️ I won’t be back (except to make returns lol). If I’m going to get virtually price scammed it’ll be with online retailers (that aren’t Walmart)… not to my face person LIVE!

Wow this is literally the nicest Walmart I’ve been to! Everything isn’t locked up which makes the shopping experience so much more enjoyable! Thank you Walmart!

I made a 4pm appointment for today Saturday, April. 11. This appointment was booked from Thursday, April, 9th after 4pm. I was told that the techs were going home. 3 of them!! So my appointment was canceled. With the price of gas this is some BULL!!! If I don't get my vehicle serviced tomorrow, like I was assured by the "manager" I WILL NEVER seek service from them again! This is unacceptable!! UPDATE: Sunday. April, 12th, I returned today and I was able to get my vehicle serviced. The manager was nice but the communication there sucked. They need to do better.
