Jaren Thompson 4 months agoI can say the cleanest Walmart in Charlotte. My mom had issues with her U card and Jeanie and Katrina patiently and efficiently assisted her with calling the company to figure out the issue, unloaded the car after I had put the groceries in the car. They went above and beyond and I really appreciated it
LAWANDA WALKER GOODMAN 3 weeks agoI visit the Walmart on Callabridge Ct today and at least once a week. They remodeled the store and put some health and beauty items in locked glass cases. Today I wanted some fingernail items which were locked up. No sales associate was near so I went to the pharmacy like I have in the past. The employee stated I can not go that far, but I will call someone for you. Ok. I went back to the fingernail items and waited. I waited for 10 minutes. I walked back to the pharmacy. A different employee was assisting another customer, I waited and I asked if she could help me. I told her what I needed, she responded, I will call someone. I stopped her, and said, the other employee has already called twice and no one has come. She assisted with unlocking the case and I was able to get my items. But this does not make sense. If a item is locked up and the customer is given the item. If I am still shopping I just put the item in my cart. I could steal the item at any time because they do not make you pay for the items when you get them out of the glass case. Walmart put a check out counter in the beauty section but it has never been used. How is locking up items beneficial if the customer can still walk around the store with the items. This process is not preventing theft. If you want to purchase items in electronics, you must pay when you get the item. That makes sense. If Walmart is going to have items locked up, they need to have a employee working in that area at ALL times.
Paula Pulley 2 months agoI’ve had consistently good experiences at the Walmart Calabridge location in Charlotte. The store is clean, well organized, and easy to move through, which makes shopping straightforward and convenient. The self‑checkout area runs smoothly, with machines that work well and lines that move quickly. Associates in the self‑checkout area are friendly, attentive, and available when needed, which really helps keep things efficient. I’m usually able to find what I need and get in and out without any hassle. Overall, this is a reliable Walmart location, and I’m comfortable recommending it to others.
Daughter of Jacob 4 months agoI only go to this Walmart because I live right down the street but this Walmart sucks. I can’t never seem to find the items that I want because they don’t restock and it could be early in the day and I don’t know if it’s just me, but I have had issues with inserting my card to buy something and it’s telling me that I don’t have enough money on my card. So today I use my Cash App card and I looked at the balance so when I went to go Purchase my items it declined my card and I said wait. I know I have what I have on my card and it was saying that my balance was a dollar in $.19. I would say it to myself that can’t be because when I looked at the balance on my card, it said $21.19 so of course I’ll go to complain the cashier saying I don’t know it’s not me. It says there’s nothing on here and I’m saying, I just looked at the Balance, so when I go to speak to the manager, she explains to me how they have problems with their Machines where it doesn’t read the cards I understand that part but how does it be to wear? You just do not have no money on the card at all and then a few minutes later the $21 appears back on the card that just seems so weird to me. I also had another incident when I went to make a rent payment and it also told me I didn’t have no money off my card and I’m saying to myself I just got paid. I know I have money on my card. I don’t know what they’re doing with these machines but this just seems so weird to me. I really think this Walmart needs to be investigated.
