This review is just for the Bakery Department. I ordered 24 cupcakes & Bday cake. The gentleman that works there is awesome. I got his name but I forgot it. I should've written down. His name started with the letter T . I went to about 4-5 Walmarts and he went above & beyond to make sure my daughter got the cake she wanted. All the other Walmart locations said either they didn't have the topper decoration or they have to order it and it won't be in in time. Some of them just ignored us like on Thunder rd.in Concord NC. But T told me he didn't have it but let me see what we have that is similar. He asked questions like tell me some things you like. Instead of cherries he showed me some Bows for the cupcakes toppers. Then for the bday cake he showed my daughter a few different cakes since they didn't have the cherry decorations in stock. It wasn't about not having it in stock and sending us on our way. For him it was about sending my daughter home happy. That is what be in the service industry is about. Keep up the good work T. Sorry for not knowing your full name. Hopefully your supervisor knows who I'm talking about.

Big shout out to Tavis in the Walmart bakery department. I ordered cupcakes for Galentine’s Day. He went above and beyond to decorate the cupcakes how I wanted, even allowing me to send a picture of my inspiration. He managed my expectations regarding how they would look if I used whipped cream instead of buttercream. I was completely satisfied. The best part is that they tasted great. For $8 this was a steal. Again, thank you Tavis for helping me. You are outstanding. They need to give you a raise!!!

I don’t give out compliments often, but this one is more than deserved. Pharmacist Kaleta and assistant Heather are, without question, two of the most dedicated customer service professionals I’ve ever encountered. Time and time again, I’ve watched them go above and beyond—always courteous, patient, and genuinely attentive to every person they help. Most recently, I came in with a pretty severe hand burn, and the level of care, concern, and attention they showed me was incredible. Honestly, they treated me better than the urgent care did. That says everything. Their professionalism, compassion, and consistency don’t go unnoticed. They are a true asset, and experiences like this are exactly what customer care should look like. Keep it up ladies....most appreciative

I would like to highlight the exceptional assistance I received from Lin, who went the extra mile to support me with a return. It is uncommon to find someone so thoughtful, patient, and committed to their role. Congratulations to Walmart for having such a valuable team member and offering excellent customer service.
