Mark is what we have needed for a very very long time 🙏.This is specifically to raise a toast🥂 to an AMAZING TRANSFORMATION. Mark the manager in produce iseq a wonderful welcome and immidiate positively different vibe and atmosphere . This WALMART has let me down in the past. There's ongoing issues that are unneccesary- but the manager of a lifetime is turning the store to a extremely positive experience for me. It needs to be recognized so I'm going to find a way to have HILLIARD City thank him and award him. Kindness is so important. Each decision each person makes each day effects the world. He's a Saint - he shows passion and respect and a listening ear, then provides clear assertive ways that answered more than just my question - it answers a community of good hearted positive and will lift the spirits days on end for days to come. Peoples well being is his priority to this professional gentleman and I really think his ripples of posive good attitude and effort to be patient and PRUDUCE GOOD FRUIT IS GOING TO SPREAD LIKE A WILDFLOWER. I left inspired- incouraged, respected and heard. I felt appreciated and important. The children that see that kind of charachter going above and beyond will change the future. Please stay FOR A LONG TIME until the rest of the managers and staff see the difference and follow suit. It's night and day! ★☆☆☆☆ — Disgraceful experience. Unauthorised charge, refused receipt, rude staff. My family and I were visiting Columbus from the UK on vacation. My wife visited this SmartStyle for a haircut and was clearly quoted $25 before the service began. After the haircut was done, the price had jumped to $37 with no explanation whatsoever. We were then told the card payment system was not working and that we needed to pay cash. I only had a $100 note, which meant I had to leave and rush around looking for change — including going into the Walmart next door to make a purchase just to break the note. While I was doing that, my wife called to say the system had come back up and card payment was now possible. I returned to the salon, and without showing me the payment screen or asking for my approval, the staff member took my card, tapped it for contactless payment, and processed the transaction — including a $10 tip that I had never agreed to. When I challenged her on this, she argued that the tip was compulsory. It is not. A tip is a discretionary amount chosen freely by the customer. A staff member adding it to someone's card unilaterally and without consent is completely unacceptable — and in my view, fraudulent. I then asked for a receipt. She refused to provide one. I was left with no written record of what was charged, no justification for the price increase from $25 to $37, and no documentation of the unauthorised tip. Throughout the entire experience the staff member was rude, dismissive, and unapologetic. We left feeling like we had been robbed in broad daylight. We are raising a formal dispute with the credit card provider under the Fair Credit Billing Act and reporting this incident to SmartStyle corporate. We would also encourage Walmart management to be aware of what is happening within their premises. To any international visitors or tourists passing through Columbus — please be extremely cautious at this location. Watch the payment screen before any card is tapped.

Always enjoy Walmart but was frustrated this visit. Went to buy new wedding for my husband (It was our 43rd anniversary) So when I found the ring I began looking for a clerk. Went clear over to womens found no one. On the way back I found an employee sitting on the stool in shoes on.her phone. I told her I needed help and she said she was the only one working in jewelry. She said she would meet me over there. She never once looked up from her phone. She finally got there and retrieved the ring I wanted checked me out. Tossed the bag across the counter turned and went pushing her cart and back on her phone. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL... HER NAME???? BETTY

The way they have the make up section set up is ridiculous. I will not be shopping at this Walmart anymore. A 10 minute trip for me turned into a 45 minute trip because I had to wait 30 minutes just for someone to come and help me get something out for me, all while trying to keep a 4 year old occupied! Then she wanted me to pay back there only for the items I got out of the locker area! So you want me to put more than one transaction on my card for what? Then also didn’t accept cash. Oh and not to mention she was very rude the entire time while helping me! No customer service skills what so ever! I will drive across town to another Walmart before I ever step foot back in this one.

Went for quick shopping trip Monday morning. Lots of room to move around and find my items. Checked out quickly using Scan n Go. Noted that there is a lot of parking available for customers doing pickup in the lot (which is not what I did this time)
