Walmart Supercenter on Stringtown Road in Grove City Ohio has a great location. Met with managers Ronda and Rhonda about an issue they quickly handled. Store has been updated and was clean and well-organized. If you’re reading this, please hit Like❤️

I stopped by this location about a week and a half ago while running errands in the area to grab some groceries. I was there for basics: eggs, discounted donuts, and whatever markdown items I could find. This store is organized in a straightforward way that doesn't require you to spend five minutes hunting for eggs or bread. If you've shopped at a Walmart before, you'll know where things are without having to ask. That consistency is genuinely valuable when you're in and out. This location has noticeably more checkout lanes than the Whitehall store, which eliminates one of the bigger frustrations I usually experience at that location. Lines don't pile up the same way here. However, the cashiers working that day were slower at scanning and moving customers through. Whether that's typical or just who was working that shift, I can't say. The staff were pleasant, which helped, but the pace wasn't what you'd call snappy. I was specifically looking for markdown items and discounted donuts. The selection was limited, though I can't tell if that's because items get picked over quickly or if the store simply doesn't mark down as much inventory. It's worth keeping in mind if you're hunting deals.

I understand locking items up so people don’t steal but have staff available to unlock it then. Pressed the associate button for help. Waited 10 minutes. Nobody showed. Asked a cashier if they could call someone. She said to just keep pushing the button for an associate. Waited another 15 minutes then just left.

I took my truck here to get the tires balanced. They balanced the tires and everything was okay, it took about 1.5hrs, not an unreasonable price $15 per tire. The next morning I wake up to a flat tire. I take it back to Walmart thinking they could check out the tire real quick since I was there the day prior, figured they would be able to get me in and out, it doesn't take long to check a leak in a tire. i talk to the lady she said she'll have me in and out in an hour, I figured that was a little long but that's fine, she takes my keys and I walk around Walmart for an hour, I come back and my truck is still sitting in the same spot, I check in and they said 2 techs went to lunch and one tech is working on 4 new tires for another car. I told them I just needed to know where it's leaking from and they told me that the techs need food too and you were a walk in so I have to wait my turn. I tried to be reasonable and not put blame on them but I was already here yesterday for service, so it would be nice if they could help me out. I think they intentionally made me wait another 2 hours because they didn't take my truck back there until another hour went by and then they took an hour to figure out where the leak was. So 3 hours to fix a flat tire. The valve stem was the culprit and they were the last ones to touch the valve stems. They "checked the videos and didn't do anything that could make my tire flat" but then they gave me a free repair. They wouldn't say it was their mistake and I wasted 3 hours of my time. Will never be bringing my truck back to Walmart.

Decent Walmart. Great Eyecare center. They upgraded the design recently. There’s a huge OSU section of course and pool supplies. I love the new displays. Their auto care is really great too. They’re not great with paperwork but the employees are knowledge and helpful. They have lots of camping and outdoorsy things in general that at a reasonable price. Great central location.
