I visited this Walmart location regarding a pending community grant and partnership request. Unfortunately, my experience with store leadership was disappointing. I approached management respectfully to request a final decision regarding the application so that our community programs could move forward and alternative support could be pursued if necessary. Rather than receiving a clear approval or denial, I was met with what I perceived as a dismissive and unwelcoming attitude. During the conversation, I was instructed not to return to the store regarding community partnership opportunities. I understand that not every request can be approved and that store managers have many responsibilities. However, community organizations and local partners deserve professional communication, transparency, and respectful treatment. A simple decision and clear communication would have been appreciated. I hope store leadership will improve its engagement with community organizations and future partnership opportunities. Respectful communication and timely decisions can make a significant difference for groups working to serve the local community.

I had an emergency a few days ago: a dead battery. Thankfully, my family were in town to visit. My BIL jumped-started it, so I quickly looked up the nearest Walmart with an auto center. The staff were professional and worked fast. They gave me 3 choices. I took the best one with the longest warranty. I was in and out in one hour. The store and waiting area were spotless. The lady who helped me was great.

By far my favorite Walmart so far in the DFW area. It appears to be newer, is always very clean and has a nice selection of everything. There’s another Walmart much closer to where I live but I’m happy to drive a little further to this one for a much nicer shopping experience.

I have been coming to this Wal Mart for the past five years and the constantly have product that is labeled one price and then when you checkout it is another. Tonight I went to buy some Hanes tube socks and they had some side by side on the rack with one being rollback. I chose the rollback but when I checkout it is the original price. This has happened numerous times at this location. Also they have products on the shelf that are not priced.

My experience at this store has always been wonderful thanks to Aliah at checkout! She has to help me every time and she is so pleasant and helpful I had to shout her out on a spectacular job! I highly recommend!!!
