Walmart store number 03406. Supervisor refused to give us service and refused to give us her name and was dismissive and very rude. When asked could she give her name she threatened to call police. She walked all around the store front end to avoid and dismiss our request for service to load a one card at the money center at around 4pm Saturday telling us the money center is closed and doesn’t open until 530pm and wouldn’t call a manager to assist at the money center. Ms. Linda is what a clerk called her by name I believe Linda the supervisor on duty is her name. Time between 4pm and 5pm. Also customer service clerk who is of Hispanic background had no idea how to manage service for money center. He had a smart tone with me also refused to contact manager.

I’d like to recognize the Walmart Store 03406 on Montfort in Dallas Vision Center Optician, Ms. Marta N. She adjusted the eyeglasses I got there recently as well as talked with me about smart glasses today. The frame cracked on the last pair that I had adjusted after some optical shops turned me away because I didn’t buy my glasses from them. Marta’s knowledgeable, skilled and cared about my eyesight. This is a rare customer service combo that meant a great deal to me because I’m having difficulty seeing well (I’ll be 70 yrs old next yr). Thank you!

First - and last - visit to this store. No one was anywhere to be seen in the Outdoor/Garden department. Called store operator. She said she'd send someone. Waited 15 minutes. No one came. Left store. See picture of plant materials.

I’m calling about a serious issue at the Walmart on Monfort Drive in Dallas, TX. I reported expired milk being sold — some expired since October 29. The store manager saw the photos, removed the products, and left without any apology or follow-up. Customer service only said ‘the report was made,’ but I don’t believe a proper report was filed. I’m very disappointed by the way this was handled, and I’d like corporate to open an official complaint and investigate this food-safety issue.”
