062026: I like this store so I moved my prescriptions from the insurance mail order over to the CVS inside. But that AI that covers the phone needs work to make it understand more about what's needed. I got a text saying 1 Rx is ready. The AI said I had 4 Rx waiting. When I asked for details, it told me about 1 Rx again. And, I couldn't get facts from a person.

I’ve been shopping at Target for years, and this location continues to be one of my go-to stores. The selection is excellent—whether I’m looking for groceries, household essentials, clothing, or electronics, they almost always have what I need in stock. The store is consistently well-organized, with clear signage and logical aisle layouts that make it easy to find items quickly without wandering around frustrated. The employees are another highlight. Every time I’ve needed help, staff members have been friendly, approachable, and genuinely willing to assist—whether it’s locating an item or answering a question at customer service. My only real complaint is the self-checkout policy. For some reason, the self-checkout lanes are now restricted to card payments only; cash customers are forced to wait in the regular checkout lines. It feels outdated and inconvenient, especially when I’m in a hurry and just want to pay with cash. This policy knocks off a star for me, as it unnecessarily slows down the experience for cash-paying shoppers.

Really loved this target. All the staff I interacted with were super helpful. It is a large target with a ton of clothing selection if you are interested in shopping for the change of weather and they have a hood clearance section.

On 3/3/26 I was followed by loss prevention as if they looked very closely I went straight to the food section. I have to used a backpack cooler to keep my purchase items in. I know I never put the items in my backpack until it's paid. Please check your cameras carefully before you start following ppl. Some of us human beings are not thieves.

My review is technically for Christmas Eve. I had to run to the store because I forgot a couple things for my Christmas dinner. The store was clean albeit a bit busy. That's to be expected for Christmas Eve. I interacted with a Patrick I believe his name was. He helped me to locate a item I was having trouble finding. He was a very nice young man and had a great attitude. I was unaware the store was closing at 8 and I got there not long before. He didn't rush me and was very friendly. I appreciated that. There was a nice young lady who helped me check out, I wish I could remember her name. The employees were so kind. I will be making this my normal Target from now on. Good job hiring people with exceptional customer service skills.
