I ordered cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday for her class. I am a frequent Walmart delivery user because I just had a baby and lemme tell u I saw RED when I saw these cupcakes. Walmart did issue a refund but my neighbor had to go to the store and pick up new ones for me the same night as it was the night before her birthday. My child also seen it and was very upset. I’m so disappointed. The last time I ordered delivery they stole my slim Jim’s and they’re always mixing up my order with someone else’s. They’re very unorganized. If I could upload my ring camera footage of this specific delivered you’d be baffled at the way the delivery driver threw my bags infront of my door. Now idk if when u pay for Walmart plus if the drivers are Walmart employees or not but they need to do better.

If I could put zero stars I definitely would!! We go almost daily. The staff at self checkout are rude when ask for help they roll their eyes or they keep watching you like your about to steal something smh! Next time I go i will get their name to let the main manager know what kind of people they have working there! P. S Walmart on Jacksboro do better!

The only problem I have is the Deli. The 2 older ladies don't seem to want to wait on anyone. They look right through you and get around to you eventually. The last time I was there I order roasted chicken breast sliced and got home it was turkey.

Great prices and pleasant atmosphere. I gave a 4 because the kids that were supposed to be helping with self checkout were on their phones and weren't helping.

I did a service review on my last order which I was disappointed and dissatisfied with. I was not expecting anyone to contact me because same ole issues and they have no remedies but I got a call one ring and it went to voice mail. I called back it was the main number and no one answered. A Madison from Jackboro Walmart left a message for me to call her back but left no specific phone number or ext. So I called the chat line and they started listening and the phone went silent. Don't know where they at.... Screw up system
