The items that were said to not be available or in stock in my curbside pickup order - I went into the store after picking up my order and was able to purchase all of those items. Makes no sense to me. I do curbside for convivence and this was far from that.

lovely Walmart in Houston Texas. got all my Christmas stuff for next year. 75% off stores at home. none of them had good sales as this one, I got tinsel Garland lights. my Christmas party treats, Christmas cards, wrapping paper, loaves and loaves of stuff and I didn't even spend over $50

Funny how the older Indian sales woman greets every white patron in the self checkout line but when it comes to my turn (a black woman and the only black patron in self checkout) she completely ignores me until I make her speak. Isn’t it store policy to greet ALL patrons? Hmm Very off putting.

Horrible experience with Walmart pickup. They loaded broken eggs into my car, which leaked everywhere, all over the bags and other items. It was obvious the eggs were already broken, yet no one said anything or replaced them. Now my car smells like rotten eggs and needs professional detailing, costing me around $300. This was completely avoidable and shows a lack of care. This experience at this Walmart is the reason I will never shop at Walmart again.

I went in looking for umbrellas, rain coats and office supplies (note pads). 4 employees have me 4 different vague locations by waving in a general direction saying "over there". I finally found a few straggler umbrellas, but never did find the rain coats. After walking the store for a bit I was able to find the office supplies. It's a nicely built store with a bunch of employees that have 0 customer service skills. Even one of the customer service girls pointed in a general direction and told me "they are that way". Pathetic
