During my recent visit, I experienced unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from your staff. I was wrongly accused of attempting to leave the store without paying for an item (a bottle of fluid milk). I was stopped in the parking lot and asked to undergo a rescan of my purchase. This situation was both embarrassing and unnecessary, as it was clearly proven that I had paid correctly. This incident reflects a serious lack of competence and proper training among your employees. Additionally, I was very concerned to find milk products being sold past their expiration date. Specifically, I noticed milk with an expiration date of April 28 still available for sale on May 5. This is unacceptable and poses a potential health risk to customers, as consuming expired dairy products can lead to foodborne illness. The combination of false accusations, poor customer service, and failure to ensure product safety demonstrates a serious breakdown in store management and operational standards. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed promptly to prevent similar incidents from happening to other customers. I would appreciate a response outlining the actions that will be taken to improve both customer service and product quality control.

Hello staff from Walmart I want to take a moment to recognize Minerva for the amazing job she did at Walmart the following date 05/02/2026 around 10Am. From the moment I arrived, she was very professional, helpful, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right, and you can really tell she cares about her work and customers. It’s not every day you come across someone with that level of dedication and great attitude. Thank you, Minerva, for your excellent service—you truly made a difference that day. Great Job Minerva KEEK THE GRAT COSTUMER SERVICE AND THE GOOD ENERGY THAT RECOGNIZES YOU. Definitely recommend this location.

I visited this Walmart to get a pickup order and to consider making this my normal store. When I checked in it did not work correctly and so the Walmart staff called me to make sure I was at the right store and everything was correct. They had my order to my car within moments. My order was correct and to my surprise I received a gift bag. This Walmart store and staff is very different from others in our area. I have already made the switch and will be shopping at this store from now on!

I typically don’t go here but when I went to check out there were rediculous lines..I say Ms Love notice and immediately rally the troops to get the lines handled…She deserves a raise
