Change the 15 items or less rule. The girl working the self checkout sent us away and I had to wait 30 min behind 4 people with full carts at 1 of the 2 cashier checkouts. I could have checked myself for a fraction of the time wasted. Meanwhile the westside smaller Walmart has majority all self checkout where people are doing their own full carts on the days social security drops. No limitations there.
