Terrible customer service. Came in needing some paint. Several employees passed by seeing that im waiting with a gallon of paint. None of them offered or asked if I needed help. So I called the Walmart number and got ahold of customer service. They were no help either. Someone is obviously working in the paint department, because their cart is still out with their beverages.

This is an absolutely unprecedented level of disregard for your customers! I demand that this complaint be immediately forwarded to upper management and customer service managers! Do you even realize the value of a person's time?! I spent a massive amount of my personal time selecting forty-one individual items! I didn't just blindly click "buy" — I meticulously researched every single product, compared specifications, and carefully chose electronics, groceries, and cables, fully relying on your service. It was a huge, deliberate effort on my part. And what do I get in return? The moment I hit "Place Order" and my payment went through, your system just automatically cancels my entire order! Boom — just like that! No explanation, no details, just a dry, robotic notification. I have one major question for you: why wasn't I warned beforehand?! If items are out of stock, if your system is glitching, or if you don't have available drivers — why do you allow a customer to spend hours of their life building a cart?! Why does this only come to light after checkout?! I am utterly outraged by this incident. My time is money, and you basically threw it in the trash with this automatic cancellation. Because of your negligence, I am left without the essential items I needed, and my day is completely ruined. I am not looking for a generic, automated apology. I demand that a manager contacts me directly, explains the exact reason behind this mess, and provides appropriate compensation (a discount, coupon, or store credit) for the moral distress and the hours wasted that I can never get back! I look forward to your official response and an immediate resolution to this matter.

I had such a wonderful experience at the Walmart Vision Center, all thanks to Jennifer. From the time I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and cared for. She was kind, patient, and took the time to make sure I understood my options. It’s rare to come across someone who not only knows their job but also brings so much warmth and positivity into the experience. Jennifer went above and beyond. If you’re thinking about getting glasses, I highly recommend asking for her you’ll be in the best hands!

Yay! I was ever so delighted to purchase the last remaining Hello Kitty Bling Badge Reel !💖 I was over the moon when I saw it in stock ! It made for such a lovely gift to my new manager ! My only wish is to have been able to purchase an extra one for myself !😃

I’m disappointed Walmart, is this how we doing our customers? I purchased a Hyper Tough trash can & no click & lock lid was provided. Wow!!!! Ya’ll go me “this time”.. What else ya’ll gettin’ us at? 10 cans on the shelf & customer service cat find 1. Thanks fr the discount, but still…
