I bought 4 new tires for my Kia Sportage 2022 SX Turbo online from Walmart. They are Fullway tires and less expensive however they look great and they're very quite. The service at the Laskin Rd store was great. No shortage of people working there on Saturday. I had a 10:00 appointment. Showed up 10 minutes early. Walked around in Walmart for 40 minutes and they were finished. Walmart is the cheapest place to have your tires installed that you purchased online. Everyone was kind and attentive. Thanks Walmart, I saved big bucks shopping for tires at Walmart I am very happy.

This place is a complete embarrassment. They couldn’t even get the tires off my van and had the nerve to tell me to go somewhere else to get the lug nuts loosened, then come back and they’d “finish” the job. They offered zero help, no recommendations for a local shop, just a shrug and “we can’t do it.” For a tire shop, that’s pathetic—basic tire mounting is their entire job. Turns out, they had already stripped the head off one of the lug nuts and were trying to cover it up by blaming the problem on the nuts being “too tight.” Firestone down the road confirmed it: the damage was clearly done by Walmart’s incompetent staff. They didn’t just fail to remove the tires—they actively damaged my vehicle and then tried to pass the buck like cowards. I’m glad I walked out before they could do more harm. Management needs to stop hiding behind excuses, own up to the damage they caused, and hold these clowns accountable. If you value your vehicle at all, steer clear of this Walmart Auto Center. They’re not a tire shop—they’re a liability.

I came in for 2 new tires, the lady that helped us at the desk was great. I always check any tool I bring in for my car to make sure its not broken. When i checked my locking lugnut key it was fine. But whoever used my locking lugnut lock key in the process of changing my tires, broke the wheel lock key's inner threading. When speaking to the manager, he kept trying to say" are you sure it wasn't broken when you handed it to us" If the thread had been broken, they would have told us it was broken and they didn't until we said something after we got it back. It looks like they torqued it too hard and it's almost stripped on top of the broken section

Reading some of these previous reviews, they just don’t make sense to me. I guess everyone has their own experience. Mine was phenomenal. People talk about bad service from a guy with piercings? Well, “that guy with piercings”, he is a person. His name is Rob and he is the manager. I guarantee he didn’t get in the management position Hes in on accident. I received over five star service from him and his team! They got these tires installed on my new Audi the right way and they were extremely careful. Not to mention, Rob was extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable leaving my car in his hands. Don’t sleep on Walmart for tires!!! And don’t sleep on Rob!

Pulled up with one tire almost flat, the other three severely low, and these guys were so great, came out, checked all four, made sure they were holding air, all while they were nonstop busy with each bay full. Best customer service 💯 Thank you for giving me peace of mind to drive my mom home 😊
