We as customers are quick to complain when something is not our way. How often do we walk away when we receive excellent customer service. I know I'm guilty of it I have on more than one occasion had the pleasure of meeting Robert. I found out that he is the person who runs the department . You would not have known that unless you were told he works with his staff. The first time was my tire rotation I came around the end of the evening but he squeezed me in. I was so grateful I had a feed the community the next day. Believe it or not there are so many people without food. Yesterday he went above and beyond excellent customer service to find my issue so if you don't give people credit for good experiences go back and say thanks it's never to late. Thanks Robert for your great customer service

Huge size store with good selection of both food groceries and all all kinds of household goods one may need. Mostly priced reasonably but some items are priced high. Helpful and friendly staff on the floor if you’re lucky to find them around.

The summer folding chairs on rows F1-F4 do not have the prices displayed on them. One employee said okay and walked off, apparently she was going on break or off shift. She could have just told me. Another employee couldn’t help me and when asked if she could inform someone she said she would but didn’t think it would do any good. She did offer to price check them if I brought them up. She was very polite and did offer help as stated. “My” Walmart in my hometown was the same way. I’m buying them somewhere else. You guys wonder why you have so many chairs in stock this close to the beach on Memorial Day Friday? Do better Walmart.

I had an appointment at the pharmacy today 02-16-2026 12:40pm. When I got there it was a woman in line before me. The man, who appeared to be the pharmacist, waited on her. After he finished with her he walked away and left me standing there as if I was invisible and did not address me at all!!! I would like to preface she, the woman he happily waited on, appeared Caucasian and I am African American. So again, he left me standing there did not address me, AT ALL! At this point I am VERY ANGRY! I refuse to tolerate disrespect. I should have left then but I really wanted my vaccines so I stood there. After about 5 or so minutes I was FINALLY ADDRESSED. BTW, 5 minutes is a lifetime after being disregarded. So when I was approached with the fake kindness the woman asked if I wanted vaccines, I said yes. She went to the pharmacist that initially disregarded me and they were whispering back and forth. Not sure of what the discussion was about but at this point I'm fuming. She had me to go wait in the room. I was left sitting there about 10 minutes or so which isn't too bad but after the previous encounters I had no patience to wait. Therefore I left. I am tired of being disregarded and disrespected because of my race! After the pharmacist waited on the woman before me all he had to do was address me and acknowledge I was standing there and not walk away like I was nobody. Even if he was busy he could have kindly said "someone will be with you in a moment" I would have waited and been ok to wait from the acknowledgement..I stopped shopping at Walmart due to issues 'we' continue to have with your organization. I foolishly started again after I made a major purchase at Christmas because Walmart had the best deal on a laptop where I spent about $1200. Well, I guess I am done once again. I will NOT tolerate being treated as if I am "less than" I will take my excellent Healthcare coverage I have thru my employer and business elsewhere!

Really not professional at all not really customer friendly at all. Staff is poorly trained.then they make you with and wait and wait and wait and wait for long long long periods of time they are blasting the music like they are in a damn disco where is management then there is this guy that comes in and says to me that he will check me in at 10am no sooner What the hell 😳 it makes absolutely no sense at all to me way they are conducting BUSINESS To blast music like this is absolutely horrible absolutely horrible Where's walmart owners at to see just how there BUSINESS is being run
