On Saturday morning (06/20/26), I was shopping and noticed a heavy sat black man repeatedly following me throughout the store. Whether it was intentional or not, it made me feel very uncomfortable and uneasy. The behavior was obvious enough that I became aware of it multiple times because they wear all black! Everyone deserves to shop without feeling watched or intimidated. If I encounter this situation again, I will document it and bring it to the attention of social media! Has anyone else ever experienced something like this?

I had a great experience with Machelle who went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me out!!! although I was inquiring for the bakery, which was not her department... She stopped what she was doing and jumped right in to help me, I was in a time crunch and she was attentive, empathetic, and extremely helpful! She figured out how to get my very specific order started and catered to all my needs. Then Ms. Bonnie at the bakery arrived and carried out the same support. They both worked together to get my order exactly as I wanted and collaborated quickly to ensure my needs were met. I had another request for my cake after the order was placed and Ms. Bonnie assured me that she would take care of it and have my cake exactly to my liking without a problem :) I was very impressed at how caring, attentive, and amazing both ladies were to me. They really made my day!

We arrived around 9pm and the entrance we were going to enter was locked. Went in grabbed a few items. Usual Walmart selection. I assume once it gets late they lock down that one side, and all the registers, leaving only self checkout open with 6-7 registers. Keep that in mind if you want to be in and out fast.

Went to the same store two days prior and the POS card readers were out. When I returned, they were still out. Associates are less than attentive and there are never any manned registers, nor anyone present to help. Despite smiling and being nice to Walmart associates they never smile back or even bother to make eye contact when you speak with them - they look through you as if you don't exist.

I came to this Walmart tonight to do a Spark delivery, and a short Asian woman who was a self checkout attendant scolded me like I was a child because I didn’t specifically use the Spark register when I’ve gone to other Walmarts and they’ve let me use both. I asked her respectfully the why behind what she was scolding me about and her tone was very nasty. I understood the cart checking, but even the way she asked me for my order summary was uncalled for. Her manager apologized and said she would talk to her about her behavior, but I see from these reviews I’m not the first driver to experience this. Workers in the store should guide and be consistent all across so us drivers are not confused. There were two other workers who were very nice about it, but this one in particular was rude for absolutely no reason.
