Terrible service. Probably the worst Walmart experience I’ve ever had. I went in to get only one jewelry item that I had already tried getting at two other Walmarts nearby. I asked seven different employees to help me and they left me waiting for about half an hour or told me to get someone to help. One employee at the customer service desk was not helping anyone even though there was a line. She was on her phone and ignored the customers. I don’t know if she was on her break or not, even so, she shouldn’t have been on her phone in front of customers - that’s not professional. After I got her attention, she (with a bad attitude) went over the intercom to call someone to help. I think the worst part of this situation was that, when I looked at her badge, it said Team Lead. That is not a good look for this location and honestly, Walmart. The way I was treated and how much I asked for help without getting ANY help was unacceptable. This is an oversight by the management - please hire people that want to help. Especially if they are wearing blue vests that say, “Happy to help”.

The employees who work at the Customer service area, including the Manager and the woman who works at the Money service desk during the morning hours are all unprofessional rude, and disrespectful. These ladies speak to you very unkindly. Every time I go there, there’s always a terrible experience. I really think all of these employees up there at Customer Service especially the lady who works at the Money Service Desk who is there every day. They all need to go back to Customer Service training or they need to be replaced with employees up there who is more professional with all the customers. There’s no reason that Walmart has employees on their staff who represent their company that are very rude and disrespectful and unkind to customers. It is a total disgrace. Store # 01811 1170 N Military Highway 23502. BE AWARE of the Customer Service. I can only do a Zero star.

I think we’re all used to getting poor customer service every now and then… but Theresa at the Military location (team lead Tuesday at 745pm). Rude to the point of embarrassment in front of other patrons. I waited at customer service around 10mins patiently and friendly, and kindly asked a cashier to page an associate. She was polite and advised the manager, Theresa would assist me, pointing to her position. I approached Theresa while she was working with another task and gave a passive “if you can, whenever you have time, no rush, I know you’re busy” vibe… and was immediately met with intimidation, disrespect and belittlement …. “Okay yea I’m gonna come”. No change on facial expression, tone, or animation. Clear irritation and provocation. Other people actually noticed the encounter… What’s wild is that Theresa the Team Lead has multiple reviews here… a bit of a pattern… They’re not busy at all here…environment or urgency was not a factor in this exchange. It’s so uncomfortable to come to this location and approach employees because of the consistent poor service, beyond that to the point of indignity when asking for help. Anyway, pick your poison. It’s here, Independence, or Little Creek! Always low prices yall!

Me and another gentleman stood at the jewelry counter for 30+ minutes waiting for someone to come. It was 2pm. Plus this what the register area looked like. They called over the loud speak multiple times for an associate. Nobody came but we got to meet damn near all the worker in the store as they passed by us endlessly.

The associate there are very rude and unprofessional. I want there to return iyem that I ordered only and already returned online as well. They were so rude because they don't know the difference about eucerin eczema relief cream ounces. They didn't help at all instead They were rude and want to return the item I didn't bring. I left i went to the Walmart on chesapeake Sam's circle. They helped me out. The association on military highway need more training and more customers service skills. I was very disappointed
