Not ADA friendly!!!! I broke my femur and had to have two major surgeries. Every time I‘ve been to this Walmart they do not have electric shopping carts available. I’ve tried several different times of the day and night, as well as, days of the week. I was told they only had 3 operating electric carts and an out of order scooter. This is unacceptable for the size of store!!!! I tried to ask the man up front to page the general manager for me. He told me he couldn’t, because he couldn’t leave his area. That is understandable, but he should have a walkie talkie!!!! This is poor resource management!!! I had to walk all the way to customer service to request to speak with the general manager. The man at customer service told me he had 4 carts and just got 4 additional carts in today. He then tried to find me one without avail!!! He then only paged for a coach. Mind you there IS’NT A BENCH at customer service to sit and wait for the coach. AFTER 20 MINUTES OF STANDING IN SEVERE PAIN, I went to my vehicle. I attempted to call the operator for 30 minutes with NO ANSWER!!! I’m definitely going to file a formal federal ADA complaint!!! This is not acceptable for the size of store. I was hopeful, since the parking had van accessible spots that they would have what was necessary.

Went here about an hour ago and the woman checking receipts accused my family and I of stealing because we didn’t buy anything from the store. She then calls over a sheriff to check our bags to which he finds nothing. The incident was quickly resolved by the store manager after he checked cameras. (We literally only went to the bathrooms and back where we came in) Manager was nice but we have no future plans of ever visiting this Walmart again. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any of these locations. Hopefully the woman is retrained or let go altogether.

Went to exchange a helmet from my daughter. They no longer offer exchanges so they had to load it to a gift card. I went to another location to get my helmet because they didnt have the right size. When I went to pay the gift card kept getting declined. They told me I had to go to the original location because it was no money up there. I went back to the TIDEWATER location and was told there's been people saying they haven't received the money after already spending it. Obviously that wasn't the case for me so I wasn't tripping. He said he'll have to have someone watch the cameras but that no one was there at the time, and doesn't know when they would be.. I go back the next day. A team lead helped me and got someone to review the cameras. They said the guy did everything right and there's nothing they can do. I informed them that I called the number on the back and they said it was a "merchant void" & that there long/short report should reflect it. They all looked at me like I was stupid and said that's impossible. I asked to talk to the manager but he refused to come talk to me and got the brother with the locs to tell me to call the number again. I come back for the 4th time and have a recording for the manager. She said that could be anybody and made me call the number right there and spent 45 mins going back and forth with walmart over the phone saying it's not possible to do a merchant void, but corporate is saying it was voided an hour after activating! They finally realize they messed up and refunded me my money in cash. They took my time from work 4 days in a row, gas! driving back everyday to prove myself for yall mistake, and making me feel less than. Especially coming for the team lead brother with locs. He treated me like I was a nuisance after and when it's coming from your own kind it hit different. The real ones know the guy pocketed my money, voided it out an hour later like it never happened. Knowing it'll be hard to prove otherwise . The manager said they're long/short report wasn't over meaning what was really over was pocketed to match.

So my first impression on entering this Walmart was a good one. As you walk through the grocery entrance You are treated to a colorful clean display of fruits and vegetables So I thought I'd buy something but then I looked at the line..... And the other line.... Lines at both end of the checkout counters each had over 30 people. Yes 30.....plus Another 30 (!!) I asked for a manager and 2 guys who worked there told me "there's no manager right now" I said there has to be a manager! they said no there's nobody here. Well that's a mouthful So I went back to the manager's office. I opened the door and said "excuse me I'm looking for the manager." The dude there said "I'm looking for them too!!" I then asked someone in line if it's always like this and he said yeah always. A total of 60 people in line and the lines aren't even moving ... After I was there for 15 minutes the same people were online almost at the same place. that is a huge continuing fsilure of management. Needless to say I didn't buy anything. And I won't be back.

Automotive section at this walmart is absolutely useless. You have to make appointments because they can’t handle more than 1 car at a time. It’s confusing because they have 1 guy doing an hour long oil change on 1 car and other workers sitting off in the distance relaxing on their phone. (And i know they weren’t on break because the employee asked if they took their break yet and they said no). I needed a new battery, which is a 10 minute job max for them. They couldn’t get me in because they feared an appointment would show up. So instead of waiting an hour, which is what the girl said i’d have to wait, I had to buy my own tools (they wouldn’t loan me a single 10mm wrench to do the change myself in the parking lot). The only reason I didn’t leave was because my battery was fried and truck wouldn’t start in the parking lot. The whole time I was there, going in & and out, tugging the batteries back and forth, and doing the labor, they had only 1 car in the garage. And as i’m writing this, i’m staring at a guy just on his phone in there doing nothing. Go to a different walmart.
