I ordered the floral cupcake bouquet at the raintree location, and the day I was supposed to pick it up, they called to cancel because their cake decorator was sick. The pima location couldn't help me, they had too many orders. I called this location and the lady I spoke to was so kind. She accommodated my request and said they could have it ready by 9am the following morning, which worked out great. I received a text at 8am saying my order was ready. Not only did I have it perfectly in time for my brunch guests, but the bakery team at the bell location did such a beautiful job. I appreciate them going above and beyond with less than 24 hour notice to fit me in and deliver an amazing customer service experience. Thanks again!

We went to Walmart in search of a new vacuum. The online price was lower than the in-store price, so we spoke with Kevin to see if it would be possible to get the online price. Kevin and Ron were both awesome and worked with us to make it happen. We really appreciate their excellent customer service, willingness to help, and efficiency throughout the process. Thank you, Kevin and Ron, for making our shopping experience a great one! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Edit Feb 2026 Walmart, dog in a carrier is not service animal in any capacity. It's a toy pet. How on earth every Walmart i visit, randomly, always have someone with dogs or pets inside? I have got to step up and call health department Walmart neve fail to disappoint. Dog in arms is called pet. If you can't leave your pet at home, don't leave home then. How is the pet in your arms perform any service and to qualified as service animal. I guess walmart just wants a visit from health department.

Excellent experience! Aisles were.well marked, I was able to find everything I was looking for easily. They had a granny cart right at the front of the store for me to toodle around on. Since I just had a kidney transplant I am unable to lift more than a gallon of milk. I was able to find a pleasant worker to help me put water bottles in my cart. The door person was very sweet and conversational. The cashier put my bags in my granny cart for me. Overall, it was a lovely Wally World shopping experience.

This store loves to profile customers and follow them around the store with AP walking down every aisle you go to. They need to take it down a notch because I am a paying customer not there to steal. I also work for the company which makes it even worse. They follow you to buy some $30 legos, get a grasp. Go follow the real hoodlums. Then AP proceeds to whisper to their coworkers about what I’m buying as well as pointing in my direction. It’s not the first time it happens of being followed around or watched. It’s ridiculous. I would love for the store manager to read this. It’s kind of annoying to be profiled when you’re just shopping. Train your new AP girl and your merchandisers.
