I had a great experience at . The store was clean, well-organized, and fully stocked, which made shopping quick and easy. I was able to find everything I needed without any hassle. What really stood out was the customer service. The staff was friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to assist me. Whether it was answering questions or helping me locate items, they made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. The checkout process was fast, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and efficient. I truly appreciate the convenience and value Walmart provides. I will definitely continue shopping here and highly recommend it to others.

I couldn't find zero star to rate this store, two employees at this store did not allow me to enter the store at 9:55 pm. They have their own time rather than the one posted on the main door this store hours are 6 am to 10 pm. If they close at 9:55 they need to change the time on the door to match the effective time of closing the store.

Dear Walmart Customer Service, I’m writing to request a review of a recent ban I received from the Walmart Supercenter, Store #5189, located on Indian School Road in Phoenix, Arizona, on May 19, 2026. Today, I was assisting a disabled friend with self-checkout. While I was distracted on a phone call, I didn’t catch every item that was scanned. When my friend couldn’t complete the checkout, I stepped in, scanned the remaining items, and paid for the purchase. I assure you, this was never intentional, and I take this matter seriously. After checking the Walmart website and calling also to confirm if I could show up early too get my tires installed and both said yes I was told I would have to leave and come back at the time I was appointed because I showed up a half hour early. It even recommends you showing up early but I guess it doesn't apply to this location. So after waiting about 10 minutes after a guy that works there told me it was okay he returns after his "higher up" had arrived with what looked like his lunch I was told to come back later. I guess he didn't want me to interrupt with his lunch. Either way I won't be using this location anymore

S other Walmart is typical. Never have (minimal) handicap scooters. Difficult to obtain. This location had more cashiers than other stores I've shopped at. As always not enough handicap parking. Shoppers at this location make it difficult to find parking close to entrance. Average shopping as most Walmarts are and lots of other retakes share same parking lot.
