3 days in a row, Walmart has refused to deliver my food. First, it was a mechanical issue. Now they reschedule my food delivery for tomorrow. And I pay for the full service and they are not doing their job. How they got 4 stars is beyond me. Because they do not do their job on top of that. The driver keeps on marking. Can't find MY HOUSE. My house is extremely easy to find. Plus i've had the service 6 years do not I repeat, do not order from this store.Otherwise you may or may not get it.And it may take 3or4 or never days

Had a great experience at this Walmart Supercenter. The store was clean, organized, and well stocked. The employees were friendly, helpful, and made the shopping experience smooth from start to finish. I was able to find everything I needed quickly and checkout was fast and efficient. Overall, a very positive experience and I will definitely continue shopping here.

I needed to do an exchange & of course they close it when I get there at 5:30. The reason… because someone had to go home. I get it that poop happens but they couldn’t get someone else to work in customer service? A big company like that. Maybe train other people or hire people for that department.

Unbelievable Service here. It was closing time and mind you I was already there 39 minutes before and I have WIC and 1 item didn't scan not sure why so I asked her if someone can get me an item & she said No we closed. And I said so no one can get me 1 item from the floors so I can purchase and head on out so she radio the supervisor/manager as she responded loud & clear on the walky talky ( TELL HER TO PICK A BETTER DAY TO SHOP CAUSE WE CLOSED) I understand your closing I was asking you to bring me 1 item as I'm paying so ill leave right at 11:02 pm. Walmart- Thats the customer service you train your head leader or even allow. Even the people next to me was trying to pay for their items and they got mad saying WHATS THE PROBLEM WE ARE CLOSED HURRY AND PAY so they send them to a different register and they looked shocked cause they were just trying to pay and couldn't. I shouldn't have to pick a star an order for me to post my review or experience.

You got put more toilet stalls. There's only 2 toilet stalls per bathroom for men. For a store this size where hundreds shop is inadequate. Also why are you selling clothes when your fitting room has a sign that its closed until tomorrow. Its the middle of the day and I can't try on clothes. Trying to do a return is another nightmare thay can take 40 mins of waiting in line. That's why you'll loose to amazon. I hardly shop at your stores and will avoid them altogether. Only one handicap stall which obviously people need more time. There's essentially only 1 abled use stall for dozens of men. There used to be more. But they were removed There's literally more sinks than toilets (6 sinks) another way Walmart shortchanges it's customers. Just when you think it's hit bottom it goes even lower
