Branden M 5 months agoAn outstanding experience with the Walmart Eyeglass Department, and I can’t recommend them enough. Krystal and the entire team are true experts—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping you find exactly what you need. They made the entire eyeglass shopping process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. From answering questions to providing ongoing support, their professionalism and care really stand out. Andy Diaz a month agoTo Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally report a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience I had at Walmart Money Services on May 25, 2026, at approximately 9:00 AM, at the Walmart located at: 5010 N 95th Ave, Glendale, AZ 85305 The employee involved identified herself as Liz, a customer service representative in the Money Services area. When I arrived, there were approximately 6 customers waiting in line. One customer was being helped for an unusually long time, and all of us continued waiting for more than 25 minutes with no acknowledgment or communication from the representative. After waiting that long, I politely said, “Excuse me, we have been waiting for more than 25 minutes.” Her response was very dismissive and careless. She simply said she was helping the current customer, with no apology or concern for the long wait. While waiting, I overheard her telling the customer that their bank was not in her system, which appeared to be causing the delay. When it became my turn, my spouse called asking why I was taking so long. During that private phone conversation, I made a frustrated comment referring to the long delay caused by the previous customer. Representative Liz incorrectly assumed I was speaking about her personally, which I was not. I clarified this immediately. Despite my explanation, her attitude became extremely rude and unprofessional. She refused to help me entirely and stated she would not assist me. A manager was called. Even in front of the manager, Liz continued refusing service. Her behavior came across as hostile, disrespectful, and completely lacking professionalism. When I asked for her name, she loudly said “LIZ” in a manner that suggested she felt there would be no consequences for her behavior. I also expressed to the manager that I felt her attitude was extremely disrespectful. The manager corrected my language, which I understood and accepted. However, I was surprised that despite her refusal to assist a customer and her rude behavior, the manager stated he needed to “protect” her. Protect her from what? She was the one behaving disrespectfully toward customers. Eventually, I was sent to another customer service representative, who was polite, professional, and able to help me quickly without issue. This entire experience was unacceptable. The long delay, lack of communication, dismissive attitude, refusal of service, and rude behavior created a very negative customer experience. If Walmart has access to store security cameras, I encourage management to review the footage from approximately 9:00 AM on May 25, 2026, in the Money Services area, so the full interaction can be reviewed objectively. I believe employees representing Walmart should treat customers with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed seriously.
Justin Privett a month agoElectronics Department Review: Popped in needing a laptop and some Bluetooth headphones. Young lady behind the counter was very helpful and responsive to my wants and needs. Left with an Apple MacBook NEO (had never even heard of it) for $599 and two nice pairs of Skullcandy Headphones. Thanks for the help and sorry I didn’t think to get your name.
loyal Cooper a month agoCan you train your manager on how to use Walmart pay this was my first time using it I went to the cashier the guy was nice called the manager over an older lady and she said I can’t use it she said “how is he going to scan that” and dismissed me needing help because she didn’t know how to use it so I paid with my own money. Than I went back to test it out because they gave me wrong information as a manager and the self checkout girl helped me use my card I shouldn’t of had to use my own money for something I had a gift card for. Self check out was way more helpful than the upfront manager
Ivory Lark a month agoI have been coming to this location for ever, but sadly I stopped coming here due to a bad experience I had with a worker. I needed help with putting water into my cart, asked a girl who was pushing blue carts around( im assuming that’s like for mobile orders) i politely asked for help but with an attitude super rude and she rolled her eyes at me and ignored me, her name is Alicia it’s unfortunate because I had a nice experience everytime I came here until this girl completely ruined it for me. Every other staff I asked help was nice and friendly expect that alicia girl. train her better Walmart
