The store itself was clean, and the employees were friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed by the Garden Center policy regarding distressed live plants. I found several severely wilted vegetable seedlings and asked whether they could be discounted, but staff explained that vendor-managed plants cannot be marked down. It’s unfortunate that customers who would happily rescue and rehabilitate these plants are prevented from doing so, while the alternative is likely unnecessary waste. I hope Walmart and its vendors will consider a plant rescue or markdown program in the future. Otherwise, my shopping experience was positive.

Walmart had plenty of tech accessories, but no SSD enclosures in-store. Staff tried to help, but options were limited to online only and didn’t match what I needed. I ended up buying a versatile $25 enclosure from Amazon instead—it supports multiple SSD sizes and lets me transfer files from my old laptop’s drive to the new one. That’s why I rated this visit 4 out of 5 stars: the rest of the shopping experience at the Happy Valley Road location was fine, but their electronics section is limited when it comes to specific laptop repair needs like SSD transfers. Picture is the Sabrent SSD/SATA Enclosure. My NVMe is 1 of 6 options for SSD sizes, so ya do have to make sure you research your specific laptop/computer's SSD size and type 1st b4 ordering. This SSD size, 2230 to 2280(Basically, 22mm W X L in mm). Most 512GB-1TB are 22mmX80mm, usually, which today, most laptop's are at least 512GB SSD. Hardly anyone uses HDD anymore as SSD's are the way to go as no moving parts, much smaller, & easy to uninstall/re-install. I installed a 512GB, loaded the files I needed onto new laptop, reinstalled back to old laptop. Uninstall/reinstall 10min but that doesn't count the copious time I spent going through files to load or skip during time it took when downloading paused because of certain security or Windows files threw an error(that's other explanations), in simple terms, many files U don't want from your old laptop to new laptop, as that took about 90 minutes, just fyi.

We love shopping at this Walmart Supercenter. For the past 4 years, Walmart has been one of our favorite places for groceries and daily needs. We recently moved to Phoenix 4 months ago, and this store has made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and respectful. The store is clean, organized, and easy to shop in. We visit almost two times every week because we trust the quality and prices here. We especially love the fresh food items and produce. The mangoes are always fresh, sweet, and very good quality. Walmart has become an important part of our family’s routine, and we truly appreciate the service and positive experience every time we visit.

The auto department is extremely slooowwwww. It takes them 1.5hrs or more to install 4 tires?? Other tire shops do it in alot less time but i guess the couple dollars savings sacrifices the speed and quality. As they stand around and BS with phones in hand. What happened to hard work and customer service Then when the car is done there isn't anybody at the counter to check you out!! There in back office doing mothing while I'm standing for 15 minutes waiting at register. And they couldn't even wipe the grease or whatever it is they use to put around tires when they mount them. Do they really hire unqualified people on purpose but walmart has the control over bigger tires shops on prices which sucks.

I would rather pull my arm off and beat myself with it than go to Walmart anymore! I always leave cranky and anxious! Trying to get checked out was a pain today and I watched everyone in front me fight the card reader machine and the worker just stand there and chew their gum. I swear they gauge their daily success by how long they can keep the lines! I try to buy at other places these days as much as I can. Customer service is not there any more!
