I need to find my receipt. I've been meaning to leave this review since this happened. I believe it was the morning of Saturday, June 13th. I had a meeting I needed to be on early that morning. I came to this location bright and early in the morning before my virtual meeting. My computer mouse stopped working and I needed to buy a new one. I needed to rush and do it. I got to the store, I believe it was between 7 and 8 am. I waited approximately 15 minutes or more to get help with computer mice that were locked up in the cabinet. The employees I saw on the floor were not able to assist me. Finally, two women were talking and one seemed to be a manager. It was a black woman. She seemed digusted because, I heard her say, that someone was over there ( like referring to someone else in or near the department) that should be helping me. Someone else said I guy would help, but he never did. So, the black woman who seemed to be a manager came to help me. I said hello. Told her thank you. That I was in a hurry and had a meeting. I was looking at a few items because I was deciding bewtween which mice and if I wanted to get a keyboard mouse combo. I ended up getting a keyboard mouse combo that was also locked up. She rang me up. I continually told her thank. She did not speak to me once or reply to any of my comments. She acted disgusted and mad throughout the entire purchase process. She was terribly rude, especially if she was in fact a store manager. I've been busy so I was delayed in leaving this review. But, I left pissed off at the entire exchange. No customer should be rreated that way, especially when I went out of my way to be pleasant and courteous. When in fact, I was the one that should have acted disgusted by having to wait a long time to get someone to help me in the first place. I have had issues with help at this store location before. I prefer to shop at the Elliot location. But, this location is closest to me. Given my timeframe for my meeting, I had no time to go to Elliot that morning even though I wanted to do so. There are just times I have to go to this location. The employees need to improve their customer service skills at this location. Very unhappy customer.

Today, I had the pleasure of receiving assistance from two exceptional staff members at Walmart. One of the individuals who helped me was Jamiza, a Digital Shopper. The atmosphere inside Walmart was quite hectic, and I was pressed for time, struggling to locate the peanut butter. Jamiza promptly set aside her tasks to assist me without hesitation. Additionally, as I was attempting to check out quickly, Penny was my cashier. She exhibited a high level of professionalism and kindness. Despite the long line of customers, she took a moment to engage in a pleasant conversation with me, which significantly helped to calm my nerves. I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to Walmart for employing such outstanding staff members.

I had a really frustrating experience at this Walmart location. We waited about 45 minutes just to get an item unlocked. During that time, we pressed the help button multiple times and received no response. We then tried to find employees ourselves. We approached two associates wearing vests, but both told us they were off the clock. Another employee said the same and mentioned she didn’t have a key, though she did say she would call someone—we even heard her make the call. We went back to wait, but still no one came. After pressing the help button again with no luck, my friend and I went searching once more. She passed a group of employees still on the floor, holding their vests to show they were off shift, and asked two more associates near electronics, who also said they didn’t have keys. Eventually, she found someone who was able to help us. What was especially confusing is that the “key” ended up being an app on the employee’s phone, so it didn’t seem like a physical key was even required, despite multiple employees saying they couldn’t assist us because they didn’t have one. I understand that shifts end and employees can’t always help off the clock, but it was disappointing to see so many staff members unavailable while customers were left waiting with no assistance. I hope this location can improve response times and communication so others don’t have a similar experience.

Prices are insane for such a large chain; they just keep raising them over and over again. Thanksgiving was way more expensive this year, and I didn't even get half of anything I wanted. I guess we'll just go without some of these things this year, and hopefully, these large chains will help out in the future and not just think about profit.

I always have a good experience at Walmart. It’s convenient, well-stocked, and I can almost always find exactly what I need in one trip. The prices are great, the aisles are easy to navigate, and checkout is usually quick and efficient. One of my favorite parts of shopping here—honestly—is the people watching. There’s always something entertaining going on, and it makes even a routine errand more enjoyable. It adds a little fun and personality to the whole experience and turns a simple shopping trip into something memorable. Whether I’m running in for one item or doing a full grocery run, Walmart is a dependable stop that never disappoints. Practical, affordable, and never boring—I’ll definitely keep coming back!
