I ami'm actually giving this a five stars because I had a young lady.I'm pretty sure her name is wada i hope that's the way it was spowed. The time was about 230 on January 31st. She helped me at the counter. She helped me with my cards. I was new at using them. And she really took the time to help me and explain everything. And get me the best price. I really thank you for your kindness. It was such a blessing to meet you today and thank you.So much

Customer Review / Incident Report Date of Incident: 05/16/2026 Time of Incident: Approximately 18:00 to 19:21:58 Location: Entrance by the produce section Description of Employees Involved: • Primary Associate: White female, approximately 5'5" or shorter, older (estimated late 50s to 60s), with brown/blonde hair. She was wearing a pink T-shirt and a Walmart vest. • Witness/Bystander Associate: Dark melanated young lady with glasses, standing next to the primary associate at the entrance. • Supporting Employee / Representative: Brandon Incident Details: I am writing to formally report a deeply disruptive, stressful, and disturbing experience I had at this location. I rely on public transportation to run my errands and was on a strict time constraint to get home. As I entered the store near the produce section, the female associate described above began yelling at me, chased me down, and physically took my shopping cart away. She aggressively informed me that I was not allowed to shop in the store because I was wearing a small Coach backpack purse. I attempted to calmly de-escalate the situation and explain my circumstances. I informed her that I travel via public transit, had nowhere else to safely secure my personal belongings, and was unaware of any policy banning small backpack purses. Furthermore, I explained that I am a disabled individual who has recently undergone four mandatory, life-saving medical procedures, have no local support system to assist me with transportation, and simply needed to purchase essential food items to survive. Instead of showing basic human decency or professional customer service, the associate continued to yell, demanded that I leave the store, and dismissively stated, "Oh well, you still have to leave, company policy." As I moved to the front of the store to explain the situation and report what happened to a cashier at the first register after the self-checkout, a Hispanic female associate began repeatedly pacing past us. She walked by on two to three separate occasions, intentionally eavesdropping on the conversation as if she had been sent by the initial white associate to monitor or intimidate me. When the clerk at the register began to turn to this Hispanic associate to ask her for help or clarification regarding the situation, the Hispanic associate rudely blurted out, "Who cares, I don't give a care," and walked off. Amidst this distressing situation, a gentleman named Brandon stepped in to assist. I explained the circumstances to him and offered total transparency, telling him he was more than welcome to search my bag or follow me through the store as I shopped. I even specified the exact items I needed to grab so he could monitor me via surveillance if necessary. Brandon was incredibly kind, empathetic, and professional. He listened to me, understood my situation, and showed a genuine willingness to help. I am profoundly grateful for his support, respect, and intervention during a very traumatic moment. Consequences & Impact: Because this unprovoked altercation was so prolonged and disruptive, it completely derailed my schedule. As a direct result of the time lost dealing with this incident, I missed my scheduled public transit bus and subsequently missed my shift at work. This employee's behavior did not just cause me severe emotional distress; it caused tangible logistical and financial harm. Conclusion: While I am deeply impressed by Brandon's exemplary customer service, the female associate’s behavior was unprovoked, discriminatory, and completely unacceptable. Forcing a disabled customer out of a store, denying them access to food, and causing them to miss their transportation and employment obligations is a severe violation of standard service protocols. I expect this incident to be thoroughly investigated, security footage from the entrance reviewed during the specified timeframe, and immediate disciplinary action taken regarding the initial associate. Brandon, however, deserves formal recognition for his outstanding handling of the situation.

I have been going here for oil changes for around 4 years at this location. I was told today that they were not able to do it because of excessive residue. Instructed to get it seen by a professional mechanic and not to bring it back to this location w/o receipt from mechanic. I read all of this after I left, had I been asked, I did have a professional mechanic change out my oil gasket in-between visits to Walmart. The attendant Conrad was very nice when taking my information to service my truck, and the cashier as well. Unfortunately, I will have to go to another Walmart new in the vicinity.
