If I could leave no stars, I would! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! I feel for the employees, because they probably go back and forth with people daily! MANAGEMENT DO BETTER! BE BETTER! RE-TRAIN EMPLOYEES !BUT THERE HAS TO BE A BETTER WAY! Telling CUSTOMERS they HAVE TO LEAVE THEIR PURSE/BACKPACK OUTSIDE (OUTSIDE THE WALMART DOORS, YES YOU HEARD ME CORRECTLY) && when asked whose going to watch my purse , they VERY RUDELY stated, “well how important is it for you to go shopping??!” ARE YOU KIDDING ME, I have a newborn, that NEEDS DIAPERS& FORMULA! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE LIKE I SAID, absolutely mind boggling how a business is letting their employees talk to customers. I wonder how much money this location is losing! Hopefully a lot!

I always buy food from this store, but this is the second time I've come across expired food. I found out that the food I bought for the children had an expiration date of almost three months ago.

On January 10th, At about 4:30 pm, I went over to the produce section, I was looking for grapefruit and I see the first sales associate nearby. I went to ask for assistance, she appeared to ignore me the first time. I asked again and she was very rude towards me saying something like go ask security or something like that. I went to another associate, he stated that he couldn't speak English very well so he directed me to someone that could. I went over to the bakery section and a nice hispanic lady went out her way to help me find what I was looking for. The first associate I went to was a young short black woman with dark hair. Didn't get any of their names but the black female associate in the produce section was very rude towards me. That was unacceptable and uncalled for. Is there a store manager that I can make my complaint to. Thank you. Anthony L

An absolutely terrible experience. I came in with my work backpack: small, containing only a book and a water bottle. I had intended to spend several hundred dollars on various supplies, having just moved to Phoenix. The employee at the entrance told me backpacks were not allowed (but purses are okay?..) and that I was welcome to leave it outside the store doors - where it would *definitely* get stolen during the hour+ I planned to shop. When I asked for a compromise, he called the head of their Loss Prevention, who stepped out with two rent-a-cops smirking at me behind her back. She refused to budge, or to let me store my backpack in their office - even after I pointed out yet again that I wanted to spend several hundred dollars in their store. I have never had that sort of experience in any Walmart in the US, Canada, or overseas. Absolutely disgusting. Do not shop here.

The Customer service at Walmart has been unsatisfactory for us until recently …. This location hired an amazing person named Marquita ( sorry if I misspelled your name) who seems eager to help and with a smile… last few times we have visited the bike case or hardware case there’s no wait.. she’s there WITH A QUICKNESS… thank you for representing what customer service should look like !!!
