AWESOME WILDCAT MERCH! I really enjoyed the organization of this Walmart, the college merch (University of Arizona) was easily accessible at the front of the store. They had Wildcats shirts, crewnecks, and hoodies galore. I bought a high-quality tee for $20 bucks. Overall, the clothing section of the store was well-stocked. I saw tons of jeans, fandom pajamas, and neat trucker hats. Wetmore’s Walmart has a grocery section in the middle of the store which makes it easy to locate items if you’re in a rush (at least it worked for me). The staff were pretty polite. I got a pleasant worker at the register who was working super fast! I came on a Wednesday morning during New Year’s Eve, the store wasn’t too packed. I was impressed with the sizable parking lot at the front of the store.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Walmart location. The workers were rude and unhelpful, which made a simple shopping trip unnecessarily frustrating. When it was time to check out, we went to a self-checkout register that was open and fully stocked with bags. Just as we were about to start scanning our items, an older employee working the self-checkout area told us we had to move to the other side because she needed to do something with the bags. Instead of waiting until we finished checking out, she interrupted us and made us move, even though we were already at the register and ready to begin. As someone who has worked in retail, I understand that tasks need to get done, but customer service should come first. There was also a lack of communication and professionalism in the way the situation was handled. To make matters worse, there were customers waiting for assistance at self-checkout while the employee appeared more focused on other tasks than helping customers. The checkout process should be quick and convenient, especially when customers are simply trying to buy groceries and go home. Unfortunately, this location made the experience difficult and unpleasant. Businesses should make customers want to return, but experiences like this do the opposite. I hope management takes customer service and employee training more seriously moving forward.

Such a great nieborhood Walmart. It's super clean & easy to do your shopping. The workers are extremely nice and helpful to the max. Stop by some time soon you'll experience an amazing time.

Only problem was the transients that come up from the wash. If they're healthy enough to harass people in the mid-day summer sun then they can work too. This girl/lady whatever? saw me and was lasered in on me bcuz when I moved to hide behind a car she darted that way too! I did it like 4-5 x before she gave up. I went inside to do my shopping & when I came back out she was harassing a poor older lady who was trying to put her groceries in her hatchback while fishing through her purse to give loser some money. You think she'd help her and hold up the hatchback or put groceries in...no way! She stood there waiting for her money! By the time I went back in to show mgmt she was gone. Omw driving out I saw her walking back to the wash where the transients hang out. Pisses me off! I can't even get gas anymore bcuz they do it at Circle K's too.

😊FINALLY THEY ARE EXPANDING THIS WALMART INTO A SUPER CENTER! IT IS SO MUCH NICER AND ITS GOING TO BE HUGE. THE MEAT AND PRODUCE AREA IS NOT OPEN YET BUT IN A COUPLE OF MONTHS THIS PLACE WILL BE WELL WORTH SHOPPING AT! THIS NEIGHBORHOOD HAS WAITED A LONG TIME FOR THIS! "THANK YOU WALMART FOR MAKING THIS EXCELLENT DECISION!" 😀👍
