These people are running a SCAM! My order got delivered to the wrong address and the driver couldn't be reached by phone! Chat support referred me to phone support, who then referred me to email support, who said "sorry you're not getting a refund." Just because the driver took a photo of the groceries on the wrong people's porch and said it was my porch?? So I'll just cancel the transaction through my bank, file a complaint with the BBB and NEVER give walmart my business again!

Complete trash. The produce is filthy and rotten. The milk keeps going bad 2-3 days after I buy it. The staff is rude and totally uneducated what they are selling. The butcher dept. manager is rude and has no idea about cutting meat. The lines are outrageous, the cashiers are clueless, the store itself is filthy beyond reason. And the manager is a deplorable human being, shouting at customers and staff in the middle of the store. Even firing staff out in the open for all to hear. A very poor excuse for a store of any type.

This Walmart is on Grant and alvernon the road construction is still ongoing but it is worth the journey. Plenty of parking well lit security is present. The bakery is top notch the cashier lines are manageable and fast. The produce is farm fresh. The staff are helpful and available to help. The store is clean safe and easy to navigate.

Place is filthy,they have some type of fake cop in front but I'm not sure why. Druggies are all over the store. The money center is SEVERLY understaffed but there's employees standing around like it's a day off. The line for a money order was and always is at least 10 people deep. Today I asked for a manager to explain to me why they don't have more than 1 employee handling the money orders and such. Waited 10 minutes and just left. Ended up paying my rent online with an extra $10 fee as opposed to waiting in line for an hr. What's really fun is waiting an hr in line and then finding out the money order machine isn't working! Lol! Take 5 seconds and make a sign,or announce it! Omg such bad business practices that's why I avoid this place like the plague.

I accidentally got rang up for three bags of lemons when I in fact only had one. The next day I went back and showed them my receipt and I was credited back for the two extra bags that I didn't buy. I am grateful.
