The cashier named Valerie is always a total joy. She's always so professional, friendly and respectful. She provides such amazing customer service—so kind, friendly, and genuinely sweet. It’s truly refreshing to be treated with such warmth. Can you please clone her?

This 1 star Is for cashier Annalisa working line 1 at the Bradway Walmart her customer service is very poor talking back to a customer when the customer had a valid point Anna Lisa still kept making smart remarks under her breath as well as trying to get customers on her side while still talking mess then goes to say some of you Americans all imma say people in customer service are getting real bold and then when you trigger the customer gets upset and loud then all of a sudden you wanna play victim you can dish it but can't take it .she was very cocky I'm sure want someone talks to her she definitely gonna lie and play innocent ..if I could give her zero stars that would be great ....Annalisa learn how to treat everyone fair not who you want to treat fair be mindful how you treat others.

Store management needs to better train cashier JAY in basic rudimentary social skills. Recently visited and set off the AI sensors at the register for a potential missed scan. Snotty associate JAY immediately arrived and advised despite decades of issue free prior sales transactions, I was suddenly doing it all wrong. The sensitivity of the scanner again immediately set off another alarm and JAY unloads his disrespectful customer hating hostile attitude and verbally admonishes me over it. Truly sad that failed human JAY is reduced to repeatedly insulting paying guest to compensate for the failure of over sensitive AI technology. Shopping should never be this difficult, store management needs to get serious and aggressively address any associate who can't maintain the most basic of social norms. Truly pathetic display of lip service at the expense of customer service. JAY needs to go.

I use the neighborhood market for my prescriptions and for some of my grocery needs. Everyone is always very pleasant at the store and very helpful. It's usually pretty efficient and quit for me to go in and pick up my scripts and whatever groceries I might need.

I came into Walmart this morning, August 24th, around 9 AM. Tony and Jodi (I apologize if I misspelled your names), both absolutely need to be recognized for how amazing they are. Amazing at their jobs and just plain amazing people. I had a seizure yesterday. I have had four seizures in my entire life, and yesterday was my 4th. Right now, I still feel like I am in a dream or a video game. The four seizures I have had in my life are always the same. I freeze up, locked up in whatever position I was in for about a minute. At this point, I am already unconscious. This lasts for approximately 1 minute. Violent contractions that leave me with huge bruises begin, and this lasts for about 4 minutes. My body settles, and then I stopped breathing for 1 to 2 minutes, and I am turning blue. I know this because I have always had a witness when I have had my seizures. The point of describing this in detail is not to scare you or freak you out. I just want the reader (and hopefully the boss that will give them a raise 🫠😁) to know how confused I am for days, sometimes weeks. After I rang up my items at self checkout, I suddenly became very confused about how to pay, and I was very embarrassed, I kind of froze up. I don't remember if I asked for their help, or if they saw the look in my eyes and knew I needed help with something. I told him that I had a seizure the previous day and was very confused. Those two didn't skip a beat. They didn't gape at me in shock or anything. They just immediately started helping me with the transaction. I felt like I was hanging out with two friends. They said they were so sorry I had seizures and made me feel validated. Thank you so much. Also, I apologize if any of this review sounds weird. I am still still struggling with, to be frank, typing and speaking
