Dear Store Manager, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the handling of my recent bakery order. I placed an order for a cupcake arrangement more than a week in advance, with a scheduled pickup time of Monday at 8:00 a.m. When I arrived at the store to collect my order, I was informed that it had been canceled that same morning at 4:55 a.m. The reason provided was that the bakery did not have the necessary equipment to complete the cupcakes. This situation is extremely concerning. The order was placed well in advance, which should have allowed sufficient time to confirm that all required equipment and materials were available. I believe this reflects a lack of communication and proper planning within the bakery department. Customers place advance orders with the expectation that they will be fulfilled as promised, or at the very least that they will be notified promptly if an issue arises.

Shopping for groceries and back to school supplies along with tools hunting material and tools and arts and crafts and this Walmart just has a lot of everything in it. You can't find a better Walmart around here. The customer service is great and the entrances and exits and the bathroom are all wheelchair accessible

My wife and I found a Little Tikes slide for our granddaughter. We couldn't find the price on the shelf so we used the app and scanned the bar code. When we got to the register it rang up at a higher price. We showed the cashier (am older lady named Tweety). She scolded us for not reading the fine print stating that you have to order that item on online to get that price. I asked to see a manager, this just made her mad. The manager came over and said that they would price match what we had on their app, without even thinking about it. This made "Tweety" even more mad. We finished the transaction and she was as rude as could be. She needs to be counseled on customer service.

Great prices great service great products everything you need in one store and if it's not a store you can always get it online also you don't even have to get down to pick up your order

I was looking at buying a blow up sleeping pad that was labeled and confirmed by a worker for $11 after waiting 10-15 minutes for someone, which rung up at the checkout for $30. I asked to have it removed because I was not going to buy it for that price and due to the price difference we had to get a price check. The worker that helped me was very nice and helpful and he did a great job. The manager that came over was clear that they would change the price for me but one, that price was for a different product and two, the worker that I talked to stated he did not confirm a price. I thought this was terrible customer service and I did not appreciate the implication that I was lying nor being made to feel like I did something wrong. The manager had a terrible attitude and it is surprising that she is in a management role with that bad of customer service. With it being the busy season that is when you should be at your best.
