I absolutely love this Walmart Supercenter in Tucson! I pass three other Walmart stores to shop here because the experience is unbeatable. This location is always clean, well-organized, and never overcrowded, making shopping quick and stress-free. They consistently have a great selection of groceries, household essentials, electronics, and everyday items in stock. The shelves are neat, the layout is easy to navigate, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Checkout is fast and efficient every time. Honestly, this is the BEST Walmart in Tucson for convenience, quality, and customer service. Highly recommend this store if you’re looking for a reliable Walmart near Tucson!

This review is for the automotive department. It’s been a week and a half since the manager promised to check the cameras to see if they had my cover cap for my tire, which they lost. I haven’t heard anything, not even a follow-up. This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with the automotive department. I strongly advise against anyone going there. I’ll be spreading the word so that no one else makes the same mistake.

This is a decent Walmart. I had no problems while shopping here I had to get USB C to Lightning Cable easy parking. I got a 10 package 99 Variety pack on sale very tasty flavors. Used the self checkout no problems. What’s not to like place has everything.

First and foremost, the last thing you do to a pregnant woman who is in her first trimester is not have her gender reveal cake done on time or at all. Me and my wife came here yesterday and placed an order for a 6 inch cake with only simple custom lettering and made it clear that if 6:30 PM was a good pick up time for the next day. The lady who helped us said “absolutely”. So would you guess the utter disappointment and anger we felt when we came at 6:30 PM and the cake wasn’t even made…. It is absolutely ridiculous how it wasn’t even started. Terrible customer service from the bakery department. It’s safe to say don’t custom order or order a cake here at all seeing as they can’t make a simple 6 inch cake.

Visiting from out of state for the holidays and was craving a sandwich. I went in and was immediately greeted by Irma at the Meat Deli. She and a gentleman that I missed his name were both Amazing. She gave me a couple of samples to help me decide and I ended up choosing 3 of the 4 she gave. Her customer service is on point. I am not sure why but in most cases holidays bring out the worst in people but she was so happy cheerful and helpful. You all need to show appreciation to her for sure. I walked in thinking about 1 type of meat and walked out with almost $80 in meat and cheese lol Best sandwiches ever! Thank you Irma for being so wonderful!
