As always, Walmart treats customers’ time as disposable. Finding help on the sales floor is nearly impossible. Calling the store is a complete waste of time—the operator never answers, and the automated system endlessly transfers you from department to department with no response. I stood near the operator switchboard and personally watched employees chatting while the phone rang repeatedly—while I was calling from inside the store for the tenth time. I waited 25 minutes just to get someone from the meat department, and another 30 minute long delay for an employee to unlock a cabinet so I could purchase a disposable razor. Roughly half of the items I came in for were missing from the shelves, and there was no evidence of timely restocking. I spent over an hour and a half in the store, including 55 minutes simply trying to get assistance, and still left without what I needed. At checkout, the situation got worse. I had ten packages of meat; only one would scan. An employee from the meat department was called over and did nothing more than attempt to scan it with his phone, then shrugged and said it “didn’t work.” I was told those were the last ten packages available. Why couldn’t the item numbers simply be entered manually? He returned 10 minutes later with more meat. To make matters worse, the employees filling online orders constantly block aisles and shelves with their carts, cut customers off, and push their way past customers into freezer doors without regard for anyone around them. They move aggressively and inattentively, creating a safety and customer service issue. More than one of these employees told me they are under strict time pressure and risk being written up if they don’t move fast enough. While efficiency is important, it cannot come at the expense of basic courtesy and customer service. Walmart has made it clear that it does not respect customers’ time and does not prioritize service. The apparent philosophy is that customers will come regardless, so standards no longer matter. Many employees seem to be there solely to collect a paycheck—there is little pride in their work, no accountability, and no respect for others. If Walmart cannot answer its phones or provide basic assistance on the sales floor, it has no business claiming to be customer-focused. This is especially disappointing because I used to shop at Walmart three or four times a week and genuinely enjoyed it. It’s remarkable how much things have changed. Now, I avoid coming here unless I have absolutely no other option.

Everybodys ignorant. Including the police that service the store. One was in his plain clothes & parked his diesel pickup truck in the way in the fire lane and left it idling for 45 mins. Directly behind the "marked unit" who was actually patroling & not idline! Make it make sense.

I like Walmart..although this one isn't as good as as some of the other ones. I do like their fresh egg rolls for $1..and I love their array of art supplies and crafting kits for girls..and I like to ride on their wheelchair go carts ( or whatever you call them). And their pharmacy is great if you get the Walmart app..because it tells you everything about every prescription that you need to know..and they deliver them to your door..for free..But..you know..I really really really wish that they would bring back the Kmarts..and the good old days right along with them ( 1970s-1980's)when this world( and the people in it) were more kind and warm..😑And who doesn't miss those great Kmart cafeteria finds..and those Wonderful Blue Light Specials! Oh..the good old days.

Very busy, lots of Walmart employees in every aisle filling online orders, get to checkout and they have NO bags. NONE. Put a note on the door people! I'm an old woman I would NOT have shopped if I knew that.

Havnt had a better experience shopping,delivery and the price comparison is fantastic.Always a pleasure with recreation,gaming and entertainment.A joy and work of art of a warehouse for home,work,or arts and crafts. Infinite choices and 3rd part involvement from all around the globe a must 10 star if it had them.
