I couldn't let it go. We went in an hour or so before closing and got like 5 things. There was a lady who helped us check out and made sure to scan everything. She worked so diligently but something went wrong and the computer didnt charge us. We didn't notice and volunteered our receipt at the door, as usual, where we were stopped and told items were missing. It was no problem really, we were happy to pay for it, but things went downhill quickly when we passed another exiting customer as the employee was marching us to the register and the employee didn't even try to check the other customer's basket...told her "it was fine" and let her go--weird. It took 3 employees to figure out the shelves didn't charge (2 of 5 things in our basket) and then after everything was FINALLY paid for, they reprimanded the nice lady that helped us so hard that she was not the same person when she left the store. Looked like she was gonna cry. It was like a freak incident and it's never happened before. When we realized, we went back and paid for it. There were no damages to the store and that employee should not have looked like that going home. It's not okay to punish people off of something that "could" have happened in somone's imagination. Not to mention, when we had gotten home and checked we'd have come back the next day so the employee at the door didn't do much to change things positively. That receipt checker ruined that nice lady's day over nothing and I can't get over it. That is not how good employees should be treated. Do better. I will also never show my receipt to that lady again and I will check it myself and it will be much faster. We even went to a different Walmart because of that experience to get more shelves. There were employees there who my husband says had a code name for us and we're watching us like hawks making me very uncomfortable. I've never heard of a business who makes it so hard for people to give them their money. I know part of being black in a messed up world is people will profile you but lately I'm avoiding Walmart more and more. lf I could just be left alone to shop in peace they'd get much more of my business but now I'm only going when I have to.

We have started using curbside grocery shopping thru their app. I have mobility issues that make a walk through nearly impossible. The app is terrible but the prices worth working through it. But some fine tuning on the app would be nice.

BED BUG ON MATTRESS - The first night I slept on a mattress that I bought from this Walmart, I woke up with a painful itch, and when inspecting the bed, I found a bed bug. I contacted Walmart for a refund, and they told me that I had to return the mattress to the store. Why would they accept an item that may have a bed bug infestation back into the store? I feel like I got sold a used mattress by a company that has had bed bug issues in the past. This is probably why. Don’t shop here unless you want a bed bug infestation.

Went to 323 W Shaw Clovis, walmart location last night. 4/29/26 asking for a price match from walmart website. All regular cashiers are closed. I asked the express lane check out worker, but the lady with the long hair was unsure how to do it. The guy with the glasses was also clueless and the manager is also super unhelpful. The manager told me to purchase the items and return the merchandise the next day at the customer service to get the price match. That is the most ridiculous steps to do from that lady manager. STUPIDITY at finest. She (Manager) and the workers who were working last night at the express lane check out are the reason why WALMART will fail on business. Unknowledgable, Poor customer service and Lazy workers. Walmart should hire smart if not educated people.

Went to return 2 items at 947pm. No employees at the customer service counter but plenty standing around. When I asked if someone could help me the response was "customer service closes at 10" when I pointed out it was only 947 the response was "it's close enough and they have already emptied the tills. Sorry." So evidently they close well before 10 since everything was emptied and shut down prior to 947. This place should be ashamed of the work ethic and attitude of these employees.
