My complaint is about the Walmart pharmacy. I asked the staff to open the door for Litvin and show him a blood pressure monitor. They didn't even have a line. They made me wait 20 minutes and still haven't brought it. I got angry, took a photo, and am filing a complaint with the administration. They'll sort this out. The staff is sleepy and doesn't care about the customer. I might change my mind if next time I come, they behave normally and serve me quickly instead of sleeping around.

This is one of the most beautiful WalMarts I’ve seen. The store is absolutely massive and the parking lot is visually stunning. The store is well stocked and their staff is pleasant and happy to help. The automotive department made me feel welcome and was able to sell and install new tires and change my oil all in less than 3 hours without having an appointment. Thank you for being so helpful and inviting (:

Very disappointing customer service experience. I was told by a training coach that I could receive 40% off a damaged plant. When I went to check out, the employee (on the shorter and older side, Asian female) at the register was dismissive and repeatedly cut me off while I was trying to explain what I had been told. She raised her voice and implied I was being dishonest before speaking to a manager. She returned offering 20% off instead, which I accepted. However, instead of simply ringing me up, she questioned me about the total and asked me to calculate the discounted price myself. When I showed her the calculation (original price × 0.80), she loudly accused me of doing it wrong and trying to underpay. She then walked me through the math step by step in front of other customers, creating an uncomfortable scene — only for the total to match exactly what I had calculated. The interaction felt unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational. I left feeling embarrassed and disappointed.

Not the worst Walmart around but not the best. The lines never get too long because there's enough registers open, which is nice. They also tend to have items I haven't seen in Walmart in other towns (like the picture included) and that's great. The downside is that a lot of stuff I need regularly is often out of stock.

This Was A Quick Pick Up Order, Really Easy To Schedule And Stayed Updated! I Wanna Say I Was There Maybe 6 Minutes With 2 Customers Ahead. The Staff Who Helped Me Went Above And Beyond For Me, I Mean Really Awesome! I Wish I Got Her Name; Pretty with Brown Skin And A Puffy Ponytail. Total Superstar At Her Work! This Option With Walmart is Just So Helpful For Busy Families And I Am So Grateful! The Staff And The Products At This Location Is Always Spot On! Definitely Recommend!!
