​I’ve visited many locations, but the Walmart on Gerber is by far the best in Sacramento. The store is consistently well-organized, clean, and stocked, which makes shopping a breeze. ​The highlight of my visit was the exceptional service from Coach Nate. He was incredibly professional, patient, and displayed a level of attention to detail that you don't often see. He went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of, making the whole experience seamless. It’s clear the staff here takes pride in their work. Highly recommended!

I went in this morning to look for a viral toy that was in stock on their app. I walked over to the general toy area and the employee “Vi” immediately got hostile with me. She said “Can I help you?” (but not in a nice way, in the tone you get when someone is annoyed with you.) I let her know I was looking for something specific and before I could tell her what it was she said “I don’t have it.” I asked if I could show her and she said no, we don’t have it. (At this point she has no idea what I am looking for.) I tell her okay, and ask if it may be on a pallet that isn’t worked yet? She starts literally yelling at me to give her time and that someone bought off her “her” pallet last night and that it is not okay. I have never complained to management in my life, but it was extremely embarrassing to be yelled at like that, especially when I hadn’t even approached her to ask anything, she approached me. She told me to just leave and not look at or touch anything on the aisle or around her pallet. When I let management know, they sent another associate over with me to see if we could find it or check if it’s in stock (by scanning the shelf) and “Vi” immediately started going off on both of us. She was pointing at me telling me I didn’t believe her, and that they don’t have the item and asking the associate who sent him there. She was freaking out on us for a couple minutes, and another shopper noticed and asked me what she was yelling at me about. I genuinely have no idea why she decided to go off on me when I was minding my own business, but it was extremely rude. The associate who walked over with me told me that she does this often. When I had asked her to please stop yelling at me, she yelled that she isn’t yelling. 0/10 on customer service. I would literally go to any other walmart than here. You’ll likely find what you’re looking for, and you won’t have to be yelled at in the process.

Just look at this place. The best Store for all of us. Walmart has stepped it up and I have a feeling that NIKE will be sold here soon as you could order online. The quality on all the product are 10s. Custom service is ok but a good family place to visit.

Found this awesome bib for my G'Baby whose currently learning sign language and already sign all done after meals. I want more of these bibs.

I recently had a frustrating experience at checkout. The cashier did not greet me or communicate at all during the transaction and seemed to have a negative attitude. Jessica was seated and appeared disengaged the entire time. When I asked for bags, she simply responded, “You can bag it yourself,” without any explanation or courtesy. I understand that some stores may have customers bag their own items, but there was no communication about this policy. A simple greeting or explanation would have gone a long way. I have family members who work for Walmart and have had much more positive experiences at other locations, which is why this interaction was surprising and disappointing. I hope this feedback can be shared with management so customer service expectations are better upheld.
